Overall a terrible experience...in total I spent $70 before tax on these nails!1. Service was not the best, it was fast though.2. I didnt get the shape that I wanted cuz they didnt know what I was talking about, which is fine I was content with the shape that I received except for the fact that it was very uneven and wonky shaped, was very inconsistent. Also I was upcharged $5 for the shape!3. The gel they use with their curing light burns very bad, like almost like holding a lighter right against your nail temp.4. Its been a week now and both my thumb nails are like melting apart. I honestly dont know how to fix it. Im going to try clear nail polish on top to try sealing it🤷🏼‍♀️(update didnt work and now my thumb nails are terrible on peeling!)5. One of my colors wasnt one that I picked, they did grab the bottle that I did pick and it was empty and instead of asking me they kind of grabbed one that was somewhat similar, but was also very different.6. They did not put them far enough back, it looks like Ive gone a month without a filling...its been a week.

Excellent and consistently good! The older gentleman who does the massage always gets another 30 mins from me because he is just so good at massage.

My daughter had her nails done here twice. We have Grace do them and she is amazing sweet and so gentle.My daughter even got a 10 minute real massage that was way better then just a chair massage. Every time my daughter has left there happy

Pedicure and manicure were excellent. Very calm environment. I will go again.

I got a powder dip manicure here. Within a week 5 of my nails were chipped badly. By the middle of the second week I had taken the rest of the manicure off. Really poor quality. Pay the extra few dollars and go across the road to miracle nails!

I will re do my review!!! Exactly one week after I got my nails done 2 of my gel nail popped right out of my finger! You read it right they simply popped right out like press on nail!!! 2 days after I noticed lifting on some of my nail and last night one came out and this morning another one so I just took them all out!! It was a total waste of $65 I would be better off with press on nails for like less than $5.

They r very good ppl and they gave me a very good lotion for Christmas not many places do that nice stuff this is the gel cat eyes number 25 in the gold books u pick from and the swirl in it is made with a magnet after he paints them so cool

Today was my first visit . i found this salon on Google because the one i normally go to was closed. i love them and Im pretty sure this will be my new go to spot. I had a pedicure appointment with James. I called last min and they got me in the same day. the salon was clean and also visually appealing. They appear to to be taking the proper measures to limit covid exposure as well (temperature check at the door, hand sanitation, barriers, exc) that definitely helped to put my mind at ease. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing for the entire experience. James took his time, my feet look amazing and Im just so happy with the whole experience from start to finish!

I received a UV Gel manicure, however during the application the gel felt as though it was burning my nails while it was curing. My questions regarding whether or not it was normal for them to hurt was ignored, and it continued to be painful even after finishing the nails. The color was also not as depicted, and I ended up with a very light Barbie pink when from the book I expected a nude pink. Furthermore, the gel application seemed very thick and oddly shaped. I hate to leave bad reviews but overall this service was painful, and I ended up not liking the nails at all which was a major disappointment, especially after spending 75 dollars before the tip.

The powder dip cracked later that night. they cut my toe. and they complained about how thick my previous powder dip was which i got done in north Carolina which lasted and didnt crack!!

My partner had never gotten a pedicure before, but he got one this afternoon at Ithaca E Nail Spa in an effort to spiff up his otherwise neglected feet before he wears sandals in a friends upcoming beach wedding. I also decided to treat myself to a basic pedi while there. Id never been to this salon, but we chose it based on the positive reviews, which we now regret after our lousy experience.We were asked multiple times about upgrading to a spa pedicure instead of the basic one, but we repeatedly declined, as we didnt really want the extra frills. But apparently things like buffing calluses, massaging feet/calves, an exfoliating wash, and general courtesy arent included in the basic package at this salon like they have been for literally every other standard pedicure Ive gotten in my life.Here are just some of the highlights from our visit:- The detachable blower jet (which goes INSIDE the plastic sanitation cover, with the water and your feet) in the soaking basin at my chair wouldnt turn on, so even though my feet had already been soaking in the water with it, the technician just swapped the blower with the one at the station next to mine that was prepped for the next client.- Early on, the plastic cover in the basin at my chair came loose at one corner and got pulled a bit into the blower, blocking the jet and wrapping my foot on that side in the plastic. When I pointed this issue out, the technician just turned the blower off instead of fixing the cover, so I didnt end up with a water jet after all.- After waiting far too long for somebody to come over to do my partners pedicure (our appointment was for two pedis at the same time), a woman finally came over and started setting up for him. We mentioned a few times during the initial smalltalk that this was his first pedicure, but she never once offered any information about what was being done or what he should expect, and she just impatiently tapped his feet/legs when she wanted him to move them instead of telling him what she needed him to do. He didnt know what she wanted, and was made uncomfortable by the increasingly urgent swatting at his feet with no explanation when he wasnt meeting unspoken expectations.- I dont expect an intensive callus treatment in a basic pedi, but it does generally include at least a pumice stone and/or foot file. They just covered up the rough surface of a foot file with a stick-on pad far less abrasive than the file itself and ineffectively passed that once over 2-3 spots on each foot.- There was no foot rub/massage. In a basic pedi, I dont expect ten minutes of dedicated attention given to my tired feet, but this was the first pedicure Ive had where it just didnt happen at all. My calves were rubbed for a few seconds, and the sides of my feet got a squeeze. Thats it.- Toenail ridges were not buffed out. In fact, there was not any treatment at all done on the nail surface. This doesnt stand out much on my polished toenails, but since my partner didnt have his nails colored, its obvious on his feet.- Everything about the service felt rushed and wasnt done to completion. For instance, exfoliating scrub was spread onto my shins, but then not rubbed before just being rinsed off.- When my partner was finished but my toenails were still being painted, the woman who did his pedi insisted that I needed to pay for both of us right that instant, WHILE STILL GETTING MY PEDICURE, and reached over the technician working on my feet, handed me my purse, and demanded the payment on the spot and had me awkwardly announce the tip amount out loud so she could go run my card at the register.We will never return to this salon and will send friends elsewhere as well. I regret picking this place for my partner to try out his first pedicure.In the photos, you can see the terrible job done trimming my partners nails and the surrounding dead skin. His toenails were cut unevenly and frankly look awful. I wish wed taken before pictures, because his feet looked neater before the $25 treatment to clean them up.

Spacious, lots of colours to choose from. On busy days every nail professional works with 2-3 clients at the same time, so can be a little bit of a wait. Otherwise, good quality and reasonable price by US standards.

Good service but not the color I wanted

I’ve had 2 pedicures here, one under the old management and one under the new. Both were excellent! They’re prompt, efficient, and friendly and my feet always feel and look great when I leave. Plus, they give great shoulder massages while you dry your toes! Only $5 more for 10 minutes. A great deal and I have some tight shoulders!

I was super excited to get my nails done again. Went with my co worker and it was my turn to pay. I was informed after deciding which color i wanted for my gel set it would be an additional $5, which was no problem. But not at any point during my co workers process was she informed it would also have a $5 up charge for her color. These additional charges are not in the color books. I am very disappointed in my experience as he was aware he didnt tell her until after. Ugh, will rethink where we go next time.Went to Cayuga Nail Spa instead and Ill never go anywhere else! Exceptional service.

This nail spa is always clean and friendly. They are all very careful with clients and want to please with the results of your manicure and/or pedicure. Love the neck massage that is included!

I wouldn’t recommend this shop. Scheduled an appointment and waited almost an hour to be seated with no acknowledgement or apology for my wait. The nail tech was very rough even when I told him so.

I got a pedicure and foot fungus with it! Never coming back!

They do really good pedicures and they take their time. Also a 10 min massage for ten bucks was the best ending Ive ever had at a nail shop☺

It was my first experience here today, and I came for a pedicure. This place is very pleasant, and was pretty laid back, but I didnt feel ignored. With my feet enjoying a nice soak, I waited until someone was free to continue. So just in case this is the general situation, you might want to make an appointment ahead.Personally, I enjoyed the lemon regular pedicure with French tip, and was treated with utmost care and consideration! Raymond was the technician, and he did a wonderful job! He was friendly, but not overly, and seemed to want to do a good job.I like the fact that everyone who spoke to me was easily understood. Not being able to communicate at a nail place is a deal breaker for me.I will definitely try this place again!

Had a great experience getting a gel manicure! The place is clean from what I experienced and the staff were nice, professional, and quiet. Ashley did a great job on my nails and they have a 10% student discount. I also appreciate that they got me in without an appointment (I went on a Saturday morning). Cant speak for their other services yet but I would recommend.

So the nails I got are really nice and pretty I just don’t wanna complain cause the guy doing me and my best friends nails was kind of rude I told him to cut my nails shorter and he sighed like he was distracted and frustrated like he didn’t wanna do it and even tho I maybe asked a couple of time for him to cut it which is why I see he was frustrated but we payed like 145 dollars for both me and my friends nails and it felt kind of like poor Service but it’s good :)

Get the SPA Pedicure! I decided to treat myself for my birthday and Peter did an amazing job! I highly recommend him for it. It really feels like a massage for your feet. Was so happy and it was pretty affordable as they have discounts during the week and additional if you show a student id.

Fast friendly and good at what the do

I got there on Sunday about 3:30, it was extremely busy! The one gentlemen said it would be about 1/2 hr wait. He asked I wanted to stay. It was actually 1 hr & 15 min before I got to sit in pedicure chair. Another 15 min to start my pedicure. Everyone in there seemed quite friendly. They each helping each other out. There was a family of 3 that were enjoying their selves! Even though I had to wait, I would definitely recommend this place & i will be going back! Chris did an awesome job on me! Thanks Chris for taking your time with me & doing a great job!

The service was great and my nail tech was very nice. I got the gel extensions, but no one explained to me that I wasn’t getting acrylic so I didn’t know what was happening. They also didn’t clean up my cuticles or anything after they were done. The shaping is very awkward and sloppy. Even though they were very nice I don’t think I’ll be returning, especially since the price was so high for such a mediocre job.

This is the only place I go now for pedicures and manicures!! The spa pedicure is amazing and worth every penny, I feel spoiled. Plus they have good discounts for students and if you make repeat trips you can get a free manicure after a certain number. The staff are always friendly and I have yet to have a bad experience.

Ive been here a couple times. This past time I had a powder full set done and it took 4 employees n two hrs before they were even done n a nail came on this morning 4 days after having them put on while taking my daughter out of her car seat. not impressed !!

I am somewhat of a regular. This is my go to. It is best to make an appt. I usually get gel manicures, but have had powder/ dip manicure as well. Mani/pedi are always on point.

I came here and got squeezed in (which I appreciate) and got a gel manicure fill in for $40 (I gave a $10 tip) Walking out the shop I noticed my fill-in still had gaps, and one week later the polish is already chipping off. I am very disappointed in the quality of this manicure. Nice staff but not great quality manicures

My daughter and I went here for mani-pedi . Was so glad we did. Jennifer did an awesome job ,I love the way my nails came out. I had the gel manicure with dipping powder, a little pricey, but so worth it. The space was clean and decorated very nice. The people were friendly and polite. And the back and neck rub felt great. I would highly recommend it.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and the lady here just did it perfectly the first time with no instructions. I was so impressed!! This is my new go to nail place when i am in town!!

I love my nail guy Jack!! He is SO great at what he does. He actually pays attention and cares to put in effort to detail. I had to go to Miracle bc these guys were closed Memorial Day and i was beyond disappointed .Besides multiple broken nails weeks late she spent most of her time looking up and away .Definitely didnt put in the effort and burned me multiple times. It was expensive and lame. I will NEVER see anyone but Jack again!! He is amazeballs!

Had to wait 45 mins and they put to much acrlic nails stuff on my nails and when filing they cute 3 of my fingers one was blooding

Nail polish on toes looks clumpy and splotchy. When asked to put a top coat on, nail tech got annoyed and then came back and put it over my entire toe instead of just my nail. Would not return. Toes look like it was used with old nail polish done at home.

They are nice but their prices are too high and the women there are racial profiling.

I went last Sunday ended up at walk in plus my Dr three times and er yesterday may 6th with swollen feet sore toes dry skin I did not have before been trying to contact e nails find out what is in the blueberry stuff they use and other products they put on feet and legs never ever again.

Ok pedicures. Depends on who does it. Messed up my eyebrows on several occasions. Will not be returning.
