Very unprofessional. I had a last minute order for 60 water glasses and 6 table clothes. Once at the location, the rental for the water glasses were not complete and then they weren’t water glasses; wine glasses. They sent me to a residential to pick them up and I had to wait for the person to give them to me. And the worse happen when I open those boxes at the clients house and roaches came out of the box. Glasses were brown and dirty. It seems it was not washed from last time it was used. This was the worse, I was not able to use the glasses for the event and I called them about what happen and wants me to drop them off when I’m 30-40 away from their location and instead of accommodating the fact that this was on them he said for me to get another set. Very unsatisfied with the products. And very unprofessional when coming to the store. Not ever again.

I made a reservation to rent from this establishment and went to put down the payment and the woman was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t receive service there after defending myself. After contacting and confronting the owner it was no resolve because he didn’t seem to care at all. All he cared about was the money. We have to do better, this is not how to treat your customers. Customer service sucks💯

There is definitely a stark difference between the website and the reality! Not only is the actual building a whole in the wall, but they mostly handle money orders and party rentals is a side. The woman behind the glass was sour and easily annoyed. We asked her to see the chairs we were purchasing and she said no white is white what do you need to see it for? Eventually they showed us one dirty chair. On pick up day they lost the receipt thank goodness we took a picture of it. The table was broken and dirty. The chairs were dirty and smelled up the entire car on the way home. They also do not helping with transporting the chairs from the back to the car. My husband had to go in the back and carry the chairs through the store. Also I noticed most of the positive reviews are from Nigerian customers s and this is a Nigerian owned business, so either they are treating Nigerian customers way better or their family and friends are padding the stats. Either way beware!!!

This industry is in serious competition as mushroom hybrids are springing up here and there. Its only customers loyalty thatll determine survivors.

Very rude and unprofessional costumer service

This is a little hidden gem that has been around for quite some time that rents quality event equipment at very reasonable prices. They also deliver and pickup for a good price.

A friend of mine recommended this company as she has used them in the past with great satisfaction. My first impression during my call was that they lacked customer service attitude but acted more as it is a favor they are doing you by even entertaining the notion of taking your business. The gentleman informed me that I had to pay the entirety of the rental upfront but the machine (for credit) was down and they would return my call the next business day. That day came and went. I called with no answer. Left a message and my call was not returned. When I called again and got a lady on the phone (she was rude) who informed me that I needed to go in and pay cash. I had a bad taste in my mouth. If they are so unreliable now, would I be satisfied with them or would I constantly be worrying if they made it on time or not and With no recourse left as my cash had been paid in full. I decided to go with another company whose customer service trumps that of Boltimo. I gave them two stars Because of my friends experience. good luck to you if you decide to use them.

Party Rental at is best.

I have ordered from them multiple times. The first time was fine. I ordered a wicker chair and I was charged a $50 deposit on the chair. Then I ordered folding chairs and was charged the same $50, but at that party one of their chairs completely broke with a person sitting on it because it was rusted and the legs were spread out too much. I still ordered from them again, but just was more aware of how cheap their chairs were and let my clients know as well and the chairs were still $50 for the security deposit. They moved from one location to another and since then have been charging a $100 security deposit for small orders. I actually refuse every time, and go find a company that has a more reasonable security deposit, but I find it crazy that they upped their security deposit on such raggedy chairs. It seems a bit shady and I dont want to have problems getting my deposit back, because I was rented garbage and it breaks.

I contacted them to ask a question and the lady who answered was very snippy and hung up on me....

I called the place 10 days before the date I needed to rent chairs. The man answering spoke unclearly and said something about texting him which I did. I texted the amount of chairs I needed and that I can pick them up the night before thanksgiving. He said no problem. I asked if I needed to fill out the online form to complete my order but he said he would fill it out for me. The day I planned to pick up the chairs I texted the gentleman confirming that I can pick up the order that evening. He said that I could and that the store closes at 8 pm. I replied that I would be there before 6pm. I arrive at the store before 6 and the lady working there rolls her eyes after asking why I was there. I explained I was picking up my order. She said there are no chairs left. She also asked if I filled out a form and if I already paid. I explained that the person who texted me said they filled out the form for me. Another gentleman got involved and said that he would have to call the warehouse to bring chairs later that evening and I would have to come back. I don’t live nearby and this place does not know how to run a business. They never explained that I had to come in person, fill out a form and pay before eventually returning to pick up my order. Horrible communication from whichever worker emailed me, texted me and this employee not communicating with other workers or whoever else is in charge. Never use them

Waited 9 hours for delivery, expected to drop off from 3-5PM, changed to 9:00PM, then 11:00 PM at 11:15 PM stated they were 16 min away and didn’t show up until after 12:00AM. Never was updated of any changes, I had to reach out each time to check on status. I had no choice but to wait until they arrived due to my event being at 12:00 noon on Saturday and not having another alternative. When they finally arrived my family had to help unload everything, when looking at the invoice they forgot to charge me for two tables (you would think they’d credit it since they were late 9 hours) nope to then find out they were still missing 3 tables and a cooler that was included in my order. Thankfully my neighbor had all the missing things I needed available. Event was over Saturday evening it is now Monday evening and they have yet to pick up tables. Company isn’t reliable and unorganized. I would never use them again. Save the headache. Also pricing online doesn’t match what they actually charge.

Small party rental business, have rented tables from them several times. Theyre always good to us and very helpful with the delivery and pick up.

My experience was second to none. I was treated with utmost respect whether physically or on the phone. I have been to their 2 branch shops a mile apart on Springfield and have never been disrespected or treated shabbily. Boltimo is a place you can conduct your business, and a visit will convince you

I got the worst customer service ever! Lady at the reception was very very rude and ready to bite my head off for asking if their telephone works because I had called repeatedly and no one answered . When I asked to see the tables , they were reluctant to show them to me .the tables she said that sists 8 can only sit 5 comfortably. I only gave one star cos no option for zero star. You can go there if you want to be insulted by an angry lady !!!!. Very bad

Poor customer service, dirty tables and one of my chairs were broke. No assistance with loading if you pick up yourself. Just terrible. When asked to see the tables I was directed to a board with pictures and then when I received the tables they were not the same color as shown in the picture. I would not recommend this place.
