My job. Best job Ive ever had! Love the people and culture!!!

I have had the WORST experience in my life with this company. Its to the point I am mentally drained and it is taking everything within me to even write this post due to the traumatic situations that has taken place within this company and during the time of my employment.1) Was Not Trained Adequately2) Overlooked and Lied To3) Took Longer than was told to consider bringing me on full-time4) Didnt offer to pay me what they told me I would make5) Ended my contract when they said I was being hired on Permanently6) Didnt communicate that my contract was ending and just liedIf I Could Rate Them (-5) I Would!

I visited this HMS location in Irving, TX for an interview. It was pretty easy to find. The parking was tight. I spent some time driving around the parking lot looking for a place and ended up in a far off lot that I am sure was for employees. Some more visitor parking would have been appropriate. While there I also went to lunch with a long time friend. She seemed to be overly stressed for lunch. I asked and she just responded the job. Good thing I didnt get the job.

The building is beautiful and from what I’ve heard, they are planning to remodel again. The building is huge and it comprises entirely of HMS offices. It looks very modern and security is also very good.

Ive worked here for several years. Great culture where everyone is valued and respected.

I worked at HMS for 10 years and in the beginning I loved being apart of the company. We always received bonuses and it was always a chance to grow. The past few years I started not to feel the way I did when I first started working for HMS. I left 9 months ago FINALLY! There was no longer room for growth and if you applied out it was always a hiring freeze or a simple term they were holding you back. Management acted like they was running a daycare center instead of treating you like you are an adult. Qpay was there way of really keeping tabs on you and how many times you went to the bathroom and how long you have been away from your desk. I must say after 10 years I am so glad that I got out. It was like prison to me. The only thing that I loved was the PTO, the Gym, and the fact that the holidays were company paid. Other than that I wouldnt waste no more time on HMS.

3rd party benefits org. They seem to take care of thier employees.. Ask after i heen there mone than a day! Lol

Nobody at company can be reached. I was on hold over an hour to try to speak to a person regarding 2 months of sending them exact required documentation via my elderly parents IRS tax returns to prove my very ALIVE mother is still married to my very ALIVE father for over 60 years and proved they file jointly as husband and wife day after requested w exact forms requested. Just to be safe I hand delivered at post office AND faxed to avoid the RED TAPE Im experiencing now. Seven days before threatening to drop my mother from very expensive health insurance shes been on forever w my dad, her husband. They conveniently waited till last minute to contact back for docs that now will cost $50 and take 75 days to obtain so my mom an stay on insurance shes been on for decades w my dad.Im writing this review because if you call you are put on hold forever. Its a scam screwing with the elderly and when I called directly to headquarters in Irving Texas it hangs up on you every time. This is horrible treatment of the elderly. Red tape and beaurocracy... Im not going away. Do I hope someone from company gets in touch with me directly in my pursuit to stand up for my parents. Shame on you. I am currently hiring an attorney as I have complied with the instructions and documents required. Even if I contacted the IRS from first notice it was not enough time (75 days) to get proof my mother and father filed jointly as husband and wife as they had for 60 years previously. This is an attempt to save costs for the state of Florida/Government by screwing with the most vulnerable, the elderly. Im sure there are many others in my situation.

Great place to work

Got to meet some great people at HMS. Nine stories of employees seems like a ton of people jammed on top of each other however everyone was in a great mood and just happy to chat and visit. Seems like HMS HR is doing a great job hiring the right people and retaining the right people.

Waited for a to end to get off. Saw security. He seemed nice and understood what I was doing.u know my friend is safe in this building

I went to work for this company today and they told me after 1 hour that they should not have hired me. They gave no reason and said I needed to leave. They had no reason to let me go and they dont care about their workers.

Have had a terrible experience with this company. if youre considering using them, i could encourage you to think again and go elsewhere. if you have the displeasure of being forced to work with them due to your employer, just grin and bear it...you should be done with them soon enough.
