One of the worst airlines ever if I could I will give them 0 star...they have canceled my flight since April 17 and till today they didnt refund my money.other airlines refunded my family tickets just 1 week after...I do not recommend them at all

I missed my flight in Frankfurt as the transit was 1 hr and the airport was huge and crowded at the security. Was travelling with 2 boys and the ground staffs were very rude and didnt care that I missed the flight. After begging so much I had to pay to book another flight. Ridiculous
