I am the final inspector at NC Dynamics every time I get work from electrology it is very clean thorough without imperfections their quality of work just plain makes my job a lot easier

Althrough Electrolurgy is a sophisticated shop that works with all the big aerospace customers, but theyre also so accommodating when working with the little informal guys like me.I got a same-day e-mail quote from Electrolurgy, SEVEN MINUTES AFTER I E-MAILED THEM MY RFQ!!!And they had the lowest price! (Next lowest quote I received was 60% higher, & the rest ranged from 4X to 5.5X Electrolurgys quote!)Good color, good wrapping, fast turnaround, all staff I met were very friendly, I received near-instant e-mail replies that answered all of my questions.(Electrolurgy did the black anodize shown in the pics below--the red was done prior, by another shop.)

Good customer service

Customer service, yeah, we have our horror stories too, but the quality of service is excellent, best to deal with the guys in the back, who are doing the work.

Poor customer service. Instead of apologizing for poor shipment processing, Ty gave me a condescending tone and told me it was not a big deal and even proceeded to laugh. Gives this company a bad face.

Horrible customer service. Specially the ones in the front office very rude and not honest at all. Not recommended!
