I have been going back and forth with architects for years trying to complete a renovation on our 70’s tract home- a project that was in place of building a new home. Every experience led to an over-designed mess that was way too expensive to build and kept getting away from the original goal of getting some more space without spending so much that we should just consider a new build! I found Ron on the Internet, sent him an email and had a response within hours. He came over the following weekend with his whole team of a much-needed structural engineer, a draftsman to measure and Ron for measuring and design. Working with the structural engineer from the beginning gives you all the advantage of knowing how to design around existing structures so you’re not spinning your wheels in fantasy land, but strictly working with what is financially prudent for your renovation. The structural engineer made initial recommendations to save of a ton of wasted time in redesigning. Ron was in the game from the beginning- competent, efficient and exceedingly pleasant.From that first meeting, it was a few weeks of back and forth including me adding some concepts- and now the plans are moving toward construction documents! (All done in a few weeks after years of agony!) Ron is incredible courteous and patient and responsive! You’re not going to pay $1000 and waste a week every time you say “can we put a door here?!” Or “can we widen this opening?”, which was what I ran into time and time again with architects. If you have an idea of what you want to achieve and a few inspiration photos, you can move fast and professionally with Ron and his team! Great value, great experience. I was a little nervous about “online” referrals and just relying on other reviews, but I wish I had taken that route from the beginning!

Ron did an exceptional job on getting our plans drawn up for city approval. He was extremely attentive and answered all our questions very quickly and was always willing to help and adjust things to fit our needs. His price was also very reasonable and we are so thankful to have found him. We will use him for our future home renovation projects and will recommend him to all our friends and family. I had a really wonderful time working with Ron on my kitchen design. He came out with his team and worked through the details of what I wanted. Made all the notes and videos for reference and listened to what I was envisioning.He sent me the drawings and I was able to make all the changes I wanted until the plans were exactly how I wanted them down to even the smallest changes. Never did he tell he no or make me feel like I was being a pain with any of my requests.I would have no problems recommending you hire him for any home remodel needs. Our project was in the city of Cerritos- know to be one of the strictest cities to get room addition/renovation permits. Rons architectural plans were on point. He is very detail oriented and we did not have any issues with pulling the permit. He is on time and very easy to communicate with.
