Alex Shell of Nova Tech is great. I’ve known Alex for almost 10 years now when I purchased my home security system. I’ve never had a problem with the system but I’ve had issues due to changes or glitches on my end – router, IP address, etc. I’m not a tech guy so it’s harder for me to figure things out. No worries though because I just email Alex and done. No matter when, where or how Alex is there for you. He is the best. I wish other business were like him. We were with Novatech for a couple of years using them to service our 190 plus security camera system and for the most part, they did an adequate job. We had a annual maintenance contract with Alex where he would come to our property quarterly. For no apparent reason, they stopped coming without any explanation. I reached out to find out what was happening and was told they could no longer service our system because it was to big. Really? They had no problem with it for years. Whats most irritating is that they did not bother to call and discuss it with me, they just left us hanging. Extremely unprofessional!! No way to treat a client of many years.
