Nancy Kohls office has been such a delight to work with. Julia in particular is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. She clarifies questions I have and is always willing to work around my schedule when we meet. One personal story I want to share is the giving spirit of these employees. Julia found out I was a social worker and dropped in on a fundraiser I was hosting, on her day off! The office also reached out to adopt some families and help raise awareness of the nonprofit I work for. All together, good insurance providers AND wonderful human beings.
