Price is great but when you need to make a claim they not only make it difficult, they dont pay out in full, are slow for when they do pay out, and Ive had an adjuster yell at me on the phone for no reason (just for asking questions). You get what you pay for I suppose. Ive had this company for years and it gets worse all the time. They also took my roof and garage off policy but didnt change my rate so less coverage for same price and there is NO reason my garage isnt covered. Crazy. Not impressed this last year. The most stressful thing is having something happen where you need to make a claim, you want a company to help make it less stressful, not more.
