I went in for my oil change normal stuff, but they also did my headlights it was legit spotless these guys are crazy good.

Staff is friendly and the service was quick. I couldnt find any place that could take my vehicle for a oil change and tire rotation on a walk in basis. I had recently gotten my windows tinted and they listened and informed each other that I needed the windows to not be rolled down. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go again!

Even though they were short handed for the day , they still did a fairly quick job and were very nice and professional. They even checked my tire pressure and said they had too much air and fixed that for me, when I didn’t even ask for that to be checked. My check tire light was on (it is a glitch and is always on) so they checked it anyway. I was very happy with the service.

I never take my car to Jiffy Lube, I usually try to do most of my oil changes and minor mechanical work myself. The day I visited this location it was too hot for me to want to do anyting. The crew at the Jiffy Lube in Indio were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They offered Quick Service and no BS. Being that Im a female, sometimes these places try to get you to do something that really doesnt need to be done. I already knew what needed to be done. They performed the services in a professional and time efficient manner all while I sat in the cool, air conditioned lobby. I felt comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I feel my money and time there was well spent.

Took my car in for an Oil Change - just purchased car three days earlier - car was immaculate , inside and out - engine was perfect - , Jiffy Lube put wrong Oil - 3 days later my engine was ruined ! These places have no effing idea what the hell they are doing . Worst experience ever - DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE EVER - JUST PAY MORE AND GO TO THE DEALER -

When in to get an inspection for a ride share job. Before I could speak, the guy said the waits an hour. I said that was fine and that I needed an inspection. He said he couldnt do it because I didnt have any paperwork. I showed him on the app, that paperwork is not necessary. He was rude and dismissive and said he couldnt do it. I left upset and without my inspection. I called other jiffy lubes and they were helpful. I will never go back here!

I drove in to get an oil change. The employee helpfully guided me over the rack and then politely asked what i needed to get done. I picked my oil change and halfway through he showed me my oil filter and asked if i wanted changed or to keep it. I had no clue what to do and i told him this and asked him if it was dirty and needed to be changed. He said it was quite bad so i agreed for him to please change it. He agreed with a huge polite grin and did so. I paid 100$ for a high mileage oil change and new oil filter on my pontiac and he reset the change oil setting on my cars dash computer. Most of all i have been stressed that things would not be easy with this car because i just bought it and the attendant really made this step easy for me. I did not get his name but I truly appreciate him and Jiffy Lube!

Paid for full service....did not perform the following; clean windows,vacuum interior,check tires,offer other services.I have never experienced this service at any other Jiffy Lubes.Don’t know if I will return.

My mom went to get her oil changed and was charged $120. I feel she was taken advantage of and ripped off. From what I was able to gather an oil change at other locations are cheaper at $85 or less.

Donny and Sam are amazing! They took really good care of me and I would recommend going their. I loved everything they did for my car even things I didn’t ask for. They filled my tire pressure and everything. I appreciate everything they did! Thank you guys!!!

Quick fast and easy

My husband and I have been going there since 2003 when the warranty on our tundra was up they have taken care of our truck and it is never given us a problem and 5 years ago we bought a Toyota Avalon and they have been taking care of that since weve had the car and I have no issues theyre very good at what they do and they could diagnose any problems

I ask the service writer to make sure to check the transmission oil. She returned to tell me that they could not check the transmission oil because it didnt have a dipstick. I told her to tell the tech that its a manual transmission. And that it has a screw plug to check the level..she returned and said that it couldnt be checked. I paid the bill and left unsatisfied

I got an oil change and my transmission fluid flushed and some filters replaced. May have paid a lil much but it was well worth it! My Suv is running like brand new! I actually feel the difference of how it drives. I always have a great experience here with my oil changes.

Terrible. Rip off plus incompetent. $93 for simple oil change on Honda CRV is too much. My wife took car in and they spent more energy in trying to up-sell her than to do their work professionally. I get them pulling out the air and cabin filters to inspect but they left greasy fingerprints all over the interior and did not seat and latch air filter cover correctly. Wife called me to let me know filters needed replacing so I picked up filters on way home. Thank goodness or I never would have discovered Air box situation which left as is could have had devastating consequences on our engine.They told her coolant was low and push her to buy so I checked and level was halfway between min and max which in my book is perfect. Wonder what the would have charged to add an ounce of coolant?Dealership charges about half of this price with a longer wait. Glad we didnt loose our engine. Would never go back even if they offered to do it for free.

They are a bit pricey for an oil change. I can actually get a cheaper price at the dealer. That being said; it was Sunday morning and the dealer was not opened and I needed to go out of town in a Jiffy. Lol, no pun intended. The crazy thing about the whole visit was they didnt have the oil filter I needed (Fiat). They said I would have to wait 30 mins. for it to arrive. I opted for going to get it myself, which was quicker. Now that I am writing this I realized they did not give me a discount for purchasing my own filter...oh well .

Waited for a rep to help with my radiator flush on my 2002 Malibu. Thought everything was fell and fine till the next day. Broke down on the side of the I-10 freeway. My car overheated and there is antifreeze all over the road. Calling jiffy lube as I write this to just have the phone ring endlessly. Im surprised service can be this bad
