My boyfriend went in to get his hair trimmed, we asked for two layers thinking it was what we wanted but when we got home and saw it that it wasnt, he was able to go back and she fixed him up. Not the greatest cut but then again hes a guy with long hair, wasnt going to be fancy anyways. I would try them out again. Friendly customer service
