Great shop with great barbers👌 vibe is cool & all the barbers get down🔥

I took my boys there to get thir haircut and to my surprise they where best with kids and super friendly so that they didnt make the kids feel scared at all.

Due to how close this shop is to my home it was convenient. I looked over the fact barbers would show up late. Most of the barbers do cut well and Ive always tipped them well. My schedule is very unpredictable so I to get the shop right when they open which clearly states 8am. Ive waited in the parking lot till 830am-845am still the shop is closed. There are other customers who also wait in the parking lot. Why I continued to show up other than it being close to my home was there is one barber who is always professional and always on time. He doesnt work the weekends anymore. I will not be going here anymore.

I found these guys about 8 months during the covid shutdown. I always schedule my cuts with Tony. Tony and the rest of the team are polite, respectful, confident and know how to cut hair especially fades, line ups and those more attention to detail cuts TONY is your barber!Coming from the LA area and having my barber back there, it was reassuring to me I found someone out here in the #Coachella Valley who can give a tight sharp cut!Ive tried other barbers around the area but NONE were able to provide the expert like cut TONY gives me EVERYTIME!The price is very reasonable.I highly recommend Freedom Barbershop and especially Tony for men haircuts, young men kids too Ive seen in there!Dont hesitate book an appointment today!

Best place to get a haircut in the Coachella valley and if youre in Indio make sure u stop by freedoms there costumers service is amazing vary professional. its what u call a real barbershop fellas hands down.

I showed my CDL Photo for the young barber for a example. Not a quality cut for $25. I felt like I was going to a barbering college. My hair was cut in a point not even cut short enough in the back and sticking out in the front. I wanted to be nice and leave a tip. I went back home and everyone told me my haircut was the worst and I should come back and have it changed.. old school barbers dont exist for the Güero. my friends could not believe I paid that much money for the haircut. now i have to grow my hair back out since this place messed it up. My friend who is a local told the barber and showed him how he messed my hair up and he did not take the criticism very well. I will never return from this experience. who wants to walk around with their hair cut into a point? I even told the guy dont cut my hair into a point. terrible. where is the manager of this business? 10 barbers in the place and no manager apologizing for the bad haircuts?

Ive been coming to this barber shop for about 2+ years now. Ivan Prado has been cutting my hair almost every single time. Even now during the COVID-19 pandemic, the barber shop has taken precautions with masks and social distancing. They are just as professional, timely, and quality cuts just like always. If youre a local or a just in the neighborhood, I definitely recommend coming to Freedom Barber Shop for a quality work at reasonable prices. Also the shop is very clean and nice aesthetic overall.

Great place. They are wonderful with my boys who are not the easiest to work with during haircuts! I wouldnt want to take them anywhere else.

Just got back from serving in the navy for 10 years and saw this place made an appointment and got the best service. Thank you Ivan P. for the warm welcome back with this amazing hair and beard cut. I have been looking for a barber for a while and found a great one.

You never know here most guys do a real good job cutting hair but there is always 1-2 that are newer and if you do t make an appointment ahead of time you will wait and most likely get one of the less experienced barbers. I suggest you do it the day ahead if you want to get it done early on a Friday or Saturday

First time that I have been to this place. The haircut was ok. But it could have been better. Side note was I broke out on my head pretty bad. Which has never happened. Bad blades or bad aftershave and powder I dont know.

Barbers are constantly changing at this shop. Everytime I go Im told my barber didnt show up to work or hes on vacation. They are not responsible at all! Also be prepared to be there between 1-2 hours

A couple decent barbers, but the rest need classes beyond the state minimum licensing which really only covers hygiene. Mid fade with a 4 on the sides fading into skin with a scissor trim on top seems too complex apparently. Twice Ive told Josh this and twice he did his own thing. I even bring a photo which he doesnt bother to look at.

Friendly guys here. my main problem is that they charge $25 for a haircut when pretty much anyone within a 5 mile radius charges $20. They are not the only establishment charging $25, but one of a handful, when there are over 25 other options charging 16-20. I wasnt particularly looking hard for their pricing display, but i didnt see anything, which kind of took me back when the barber gave me the price after the haircut.That being said, while employees here are friendly, their rhetoric is too gangster/ghetto for the $25 price of a haircut. quite possible the majority of their clientele prefers this, and I am in the minority...I have sun-bleached hair...extremely hard to cut well...but my barber made 15-20 cuts with scissors...looks very choppy. also, never felt such a dull bladed trimmer, when sides were being cut.I get it that these guys are supposed to be good at their trimmers, but when someone comes in and needs their hair cut well with scissors, that should be in the barbers arsenal....but I see it all the time...gave them 2 stars instead of 1 based upon the fact that many barbers in this area only use their trimmers all day.

Everyone at Freedom Barbershop is friendly and welcoming. Ive been greeted every time enter and thanked every time I leave. They obviously care about quality and it shows in how the pay attention to detail. Ive never felt like my cut was rushed because there were other customers waiting. Ive only had my hair cut there since my first visit, just after they opened, and I plan to keep it that way.

Unable to follow simple directions. When someone says yeah that spot looks good, dont proceed to cut off another half inch. This is not the first time theyve messedd up. They always miss spots, rush, or give generally crappy haircuts. If you want sorry guys you should be fine as they always seem to do those well, but for medium length or wavy hair, youre going to come out looking like a bafoon.

Everytime I call they say they r bout to close and its like 1-2 hrs early from what there time says. Seems like this place doesnt care to have customers. Sad considering uve heard good things bout this place....guess they were all false. Seems like these guys dont care to make there business grow. My advice is for other ppl to go somewhere else then how much here

My husband has been coming here for a min now. But my boy who is 13 has only had one other barber thats hes really liked. And even with that barber was it very rare that he would come out a 100% happy about the cut. 2weeks ago I brought him here with Ivan P. My son was so pleased with the cut were making it a point to keep a standing appointment for EVERY 2wks with him. Theyre also very professional and keep their appts on time.

I have been looking for a good barber shop for a while and finally found one but today we went in at 1:25 to get me and my son a haircutOnline it said that freedom barber shop closes at 2:00 even the sign on the door said so me and my son went inside and they said sorry were closed, I said you close at 2! And he replied where really busy and short on staff but there was not one customer there but they were short on staff 2 guys were working but THATS NOT THE POINT!! we will NEVER I mean NEVER go to there shop again!

Went in with out having an appointment and was helped and greeted right away. Was looking to get my beard and mustahce cleaned up. I was so happy with the result I ended up getting a haircut aswell.
