Curtis called and came by the house Saturday. He was nearby and met me in my backyard. He gave me a fair estimate. He arrived at my home today at noon. He had three workers with him one was his son. They were polite and courteous and did a great professional job. I will refer my relatives and friends always to Jims Tree Experts! Thank you!

Workers were prompt and did a quality job. Jim was incredibly rude and non-transparent about the cost. Charged more than initially quoted and was generally just a pain to work with.

Illegally dumped 2 trucks of stumps into a vacant lot across the street from me. They know better and will be hearing from code enforcement soon enough. Screw yall if youre gonna do a job do it right, all the way

Cant say much about their tree service but their drivers are absolutely the rudest people. They had a big yellow vehicle and was hauling what appeared to be a wood chipper behind it down mann road in front of blue and gold Academy and had absolutely no respect for the school speed limit posted. Which I refused to go over the limit but they rode my rear end the whole way down Even when we could go 40 once we passed the schools zone. Which then they proceeded to pull up next to me and I pulled up so I could see to get in the exit and they purposely pulled up further so that I could not see and were leaning out the window snickering then honked at me. It was 2 boys that appear to be no more than maybe 18 years old if that shirtless one was very skinny with blonde hair and crooked teeth by window and they continued torwards Kentucky Avenue. I did not get a look at the driver. Completely inmature and inconsiderate of the school zones and children and of people in general
