We had a very large Siberian Elm tree in our backyard that needed to be removed. The tree was tightly situated in the middle of three major structures, utility wires, fencing, and decking. I was extremely concerned about having this tree removed in a safe manner, and I knew there was small group of professional arborist in the Indianapolis area that could competently perform this work. The removal required extensive roping/rigging and the drop zone was extremely tight. These houses are located in the historic neighborhood of Fletcher Place and the structures are extremely close to each other.Sean Rock and his team at Bartlett Tree Experts did an amazing job in delicately removing this tree. The crew roped every piece of this tree down into our backyard, and down a very tight path to the alley for removal.The team was extremely professional in their approach and execution. No harm was done to the structures, pathway, fencing, and utility lines. They also coordinated with IPL for removal of power lines across three days of work.I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommended them to anyone looking for tree removal.See attached photos.Thanks so much!

Rick Barker from Bartlett came out to look at 3 trees that I was concerned about. He was professional, provided good input, and did not try to sell me services I didnt need. I had another Arborist from a different company look at tthe trees as well, and the advice was nearly identical, so I felt that he didnt miss anything that should have been done.

I have used Bartlett Tree Experts for years and am never disappointed. They just took down another tree hanging over my house and new roof without any problem at all.

We had several trees/shrubs trimmed & pruned, and 3 trees removed on Sep. 28, 2020, and 3 stumps ground on Oct. 7. Tyler, our arborist, was very responsive, and knowledgeable. He was patient with us when we made some changes to the quotation. He was very responsive by email when we went over the changes. For future shrub/tree removal, one of our concerns was not knowing what to replace them with. Tyler provided a thorough list of trees/shrubs that could go into their place, that are more native to Indiana than what we had. Bob, the leader of the work crew, was very communicative about what was going on, and answered questions well. He was great with his work crew. He and all work crew were professional, and debris was cleaned very well. When stumps were ground later, we didnt even know they came, and the ground was free of debris. Highly recommended.

One of the drivers took out the front of my car on interstate 40 coming from winston and when I called to report it I was switched to 5 different locations with the last one being a guy I talked to and he acted as if he didnt even care atleast the first few i called actually tried to help figure out where this guy was working from n was very sorry but last guy trashed everything that had happened up to that point it was probably either his family or friend driving the truck but it scared the hell outta my daughter and me thankfully the car behind me didnt hit me when i had to slam on breaks

A big thanks to Rick Cater and his team: Raphael, Felix, Oscar, Brad, and Hillary! They just removed a 65 year old Pin Oak tree from our front yard. It was a big decision for us to take down this old majestic tree but it was time. Rick, reassured me that there was nothing they could do to save it. They all worked very hard to get the oak tree down safely. Great job and well done! There is a large void in our front yard, but we look forward to landscaping and planting a new young tree this upcoming Spring! If we ever need any other tree service done in the future rest assured we will have Bartlett Tree Experts do the job!

Richard was very knowledgable and helped guide me on what branches I should prune. The crew did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even took an old pile of sticks and leaves I had and disposed of it! Definitely recommend Richard as a representative and Bartlett for any tree work that needs to be done.

John Easley is truly a professional. He cares about his customers and will do whatever is needed to make sure your trees are healthy. I have worked with this company for several years and have always been happy with their level of service and professionalism. My trees have never looked better and I have always gotten the advice Ive needed anytime I wanted it. A++++

Never got to see a service provided because they were a no show after confirming my appointment which I waited 2WEEKS for. Then wanted me to wait another 8 DAYS!! NOPE!!! Dont wast your time!!

We have always had a good experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. John Easley has been our expert and he has always been available and willing to share information when needed without a committment from us financially. When we have committed to a plan of treatment for our trees the company has always been on time and applied materials when asked and the results were as expected. Our trees are healthy and the response time is always fast when we do need assistance.

We had an appointment with Mike Seybert on 6-18-13 to come to our home and give us an estimate for pruning and removing dead limbs from three trees and cabling the forks in two trees. Mike arrived early and was very cordial and knowledgeable making recommendations for the work we wanted. We are very impressed and pleased with our dealings with Mike. Hes a real gentleman. Soon after we talked with Mike we received a call from the office letting us know that we were on the schedule for a crew to do the work on 8-2-18. On that date a crew arrived early and began work immediately. Matt and the other two arborists were fun, careful, and conscientious, and completed everything we wanted. And you should see how they cleaned up! The yard and driveway looked as if nothing had been done. Guess who we will contact the next time we need help with our trees.
