Paid Mark Mattingly, the owner, to get process service on an individual named Rodney and because his affadavit of service didnt state he personally served Rodney, the magistrate didnt issue the second body attachment I was requesting. He agreed to serve Rodney after I informed him of this and when I contacted Mark to check the status of service and he never answered calls or text. Im left with the resolution of having to file a claim against him and his business. He refused to answer the phone or emails when following up after failure to complete the service and getting paid to do so. He stated in a recorded phone call he would complete the service and never did. His reply below is the only correspondence I have received since his failure to complete service.
