I have bought several items from them, specifically restaurant equipment. The last items I BID and purchased - over $4,000 for 12 restaurant tables…they went pretty high. I also went to preview each item the Monday prior to the auction (from Indianapolis to West Lafayette), and I wrote the numbers of the items I wanted. I BID and WON the tables I specifically needed. There were 20 tables total they were auctioning off. I won 12 of them. There was one other couple who won 7 other tables and another gentleman who won 1 table. Each of us bid on one big table 72x42x42, and won our respective lot. However, one of the tables the 1 gentleman bid on was not found on the lot - SO THEY JUST GAVE HIM MY TABLE with my bid number labeled on it. Basically, they told me they can do whatever they want because they couldn’t find his table with his lot number and he got there before I did. Complete BS. It was NOT THE TABLE HE BID ON OR PAID FOR!!! Now, I have 11 other useless tables because I’m not going to be able to find another table to match and 6 bar stools that I also purchased to go with it. They are about to get a rude awakening though and hit with a lawsuit real quick. A bid in an auction is a binding agreement and the item they gave away was MINE that I PAID FOR! These are some very scandalous individuals and I would be very careful buying from them!!

Absolutely awful. Terrible terrible terrible customer service is graded F. Asked about an item I was interested in and they did not answer my question. In fact very rude. Their business practices are underhanded. They are cryptic/generic in their descriptions of items. They do not disclose damage or missing items or lack of functionality. Why are these items being sold via liquidation? Special order return? Damaged products? Missing items from original packaging? Can’t give dimensions? Can’t answer questions? These are simple customer service tasks and your employee(s)/ownership are awful at it.

Some of the best deals iny life came from this auction company... Great for industrial, office and restaurants deals. Hell I even bought a bus from them. Awesome company!

Very unprofessional! Official staff demanded $100 cash for picking up On Friday. They have lots of coustomer who picked up but demanded $100 or I cant load anything in my truck. I give them my credit card but they demand CASH ONLY.Plenty of competition for liquidators in Indianapolis, IN. DONT SELL OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GREEDY PEOPLE.

Got a good price for kitchen cabinets. But I dont like any auction that charges a buyers premium, that extra 15 percent can get you if you arent paying attention.

I feel like the reviews of this company are not accurate. I have been coming to these auctions for years. If I can get a product it is always a good deal. I find the management and majority of Full-time staff to be reasonable and helpful people. Now this is an auction house so get there early, follow the rules, dont be upset if someone outbids you, and treat the staff like actual human beings and youll have a good experience. Real Life Ebay, go into t expecting that and youll enjoy yourself. This is not retail.

Too many people. Too much confusion, they auction more then one thing at a time. Makes it impossible if you want to bid on something, and they are auctioning two things you want. I wont be back.

Had an appointment and we agreed to move forward, then heard nothing for weeks and the rep said he was too busy.

Fun place to get a deal
