Travis is very awesome. I was about to throw away a perfectly good Lenovo Flex 4 notebook, especially since the other shop on Philly Street couldnt be bothered to even return phone calls. I see the other good reviews here, and heartily concur. This team is a fantastic resource for our little town, and very much appreciated.

This man might as well have come out have come out with an imp on his shoulder, a pointy stick and fancy hat, and a large bearded Scottish man at his side, because he is a wizard. I dont know what spells he cast but he got my laptop working better than a Yorkshire miner after Margret Thatchers death. Unlike a Yorkshire miner however, he did half of it for free. Patient, kind, and all around great guy, only place to go in this hellscape of a college town to get your computer fixed.

I called this workshop and Travis explained to me about possible problems with a computer of several years old and made reasonable suggestions. Normally, people dont say much over the phone. EmB always has great product deals on some of the best products on the market. I recently bought a Microsoft Surface-Pro from EmB, and my computer came with Microsoft Office and network security already downloaded on my software. EmB also downloaded a software that allows them to report into my computer if Im experiencing any issue, this is a great feature because I live in Pittsburgh and I will not have to wait to get a problem addressed.

These guys have been good from the start! We have bought about at least a half a dozen systems from them and all have been set up and running great. They come and install printers and keep us up and running. We have given them some challenging problems and they have figured them all out. Good Job!

I called EmB when unsolicited technical assistance appeared on my MacBook Pro. I was afraid to click anywhere on the site which would appear when I turned the computer on and any time I changed from one Application to another. I called EmB on Monday afternoon and the technician was at my place on Tuesday morning and quickly found where the unsolicited tech had latched into my computer and did whatever they do to get rid of them.since he was there we had him check my husbands computer which is a PC. He was also able to clean that up without any problems and answer some questions my husband had about transferring files.The technician, Mr. Church, was quick, efficient and professional. EMB computing fixed our daughters iPhone twice. One time it was hit by a water balloon and the second time it was dropped. Eric Brocious was amazing! Wonderful, prompt service at a reasonable price and the phone looked and worked like new!! We have also utilized EMB computing for assistance with our home WIFI which now works perfectly with two teenagers (and their friends) in our house who both use Chrome books provided by the IASD. Lastly, we most recently used EMB computing to purchase new printer cartridges for our home office printer which is older but still functioning like a champ. Eric was able to magically find the exact ones that we needed in color and black online.
