If you’re package comes through here and you get it on time, in one piece or at all you’re lucky. Don’t call customer service, as if you do your package status will change everyday without moving, Don’t use FedEx on purpose!!! Go UPS or USPS. I did have a nice chat with the business I ordered from and they have been having many issues too. They’re in the process of making some changes.

Their freight service is awesome.Dealing with setting up and confirming pickups is a nightmare.They still get 5 stars because their pricing is unbeatable.

Stole a chair I was expecting. Entered as delivered and left on front porch, dont have one. Got a recorded text from the driver on his or her work phone enjoying my chair. I guess it is a great location to work at.

My DexcomG6 Sensors were to be on my doorstep on 9/26. It is 10/01 and Im on my last sensor due to expire at 5:37am. Its gone. I dont know how Im to keep track of my blood sugar now. FedEx is so undependable

FedEx is absolute garbage. Had a food item shipped from NYC that clearly required delivery in 24 hours. Package sat for days without moving. Calls to customer service and facility resulted in nothing. Never have these issues with UPS or Amazon.

Not sure why but Fed Ex is the only courier that came not deliver to my house. It’s not hard to find it’s in an neighborhood. It’s on google maps. UPS always delivers and US postal service delivers here , Amazon No problems. However after three missed deliveries and three phone calls to Fed Ex they can’t still deliver my package to the correct address. I guess only option is not to shop with retails who use Fed EX. They continue to deliver my packages to a house with the same number different street.

Been waiting all day for a package and the delivery driver stated they attempted to deliver, it was an absolute lie and they should be accountable for it and fired!

Horrible! My package has been scanned at this facility now for days... I have been told it was coming 4 days ago. Fed ex customer service says they are tracking my order to see why it isnt here... they say the same thing over and over. This is the second time I have ordered a large package and it got lost I am at my boiling point.

I’ve been waiting for a package to be delivered for over a month. It is almost always on the outgoing truck, but the drivers simply fail to deliver it every day.

Talked with the main fedex for 15mins with little help and extreme frustration. First she wouldnt give me her managers name then said she had too many and didnt have all their names. I finally asked to be transferred to the local store because this customer advocate (Crystal) was the WORST customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Spoke with Jason at this location (local fedex). He is the only one who restored my faith in the business. He also went above and beyond to track down and driver and have him come back to my house to deliver the package. Thank you Jason, I wish they could replace the customer advocates with a dozen of you.
