Dont deliver here! Takes forever to off load. Lumper office hasnt a clew how to run a business. They just want the most money they can talk out of you. 10 hours off loading is nuts.

No overnight. You can arrive one hour before appt. Very fast unloading

Guard coming in was a little iffy lol but going out A-1. Unloaded me quick and lumper was quick. Wouldnt mind coming back 👍 oh and no overnight parking. Nice staff. Plenty of room to back.

Easy check in and only in a dock about 2 hours. Not to bad really. Need to supply a port a John if you wont allow drivers access to bathrooms. Thus the reason for the 2 star.

Almost 3 hrs for 2 pallets on an LTL delivery. Too slow.

Dont come here takes 12 hrs to unload and ppl are rude at front office.

My appointment was at 6 am, right now 11:05 and still not empty.

Really nice folks. Apparently they no longer unload you early on perishables side. Appointment at 16:30, arrived 08:00, told to come back at 16:00. DO NOT COME EARLY OR THEYLL SEND YOU AWAY!

Says No Public Restroom. Guard told me they cant start letting people in until 0300 CDT. My load was Reefer so maybe different for Dry. If you do come at 0300 they can start calling you around 0600 CDT for a Door. There is plenty of places to park safely; however, the place I parked had no facilities. Guard said you can be ticketed for parking on side of road near facility. Easy place to Back. I dont really use Vending machines; however, didnt see any. Didnt see any microwave access. Be Safe out there.

Had a 6am unload appointment.. was done at 650 am. Not a bad facility. Easy check in and out.

Truckers, this company does not value you or the sacrifices you make every day. Please check out on the Shipper info truck app as well as the Truckers path. We need to stand up against companies like this and not haul their freight. They dont understand that so many situations are out of our control like traffic, weather, mechanical issues, personal health issues, and family issues. They expect us to be perfectly on time, know exactly what to do, even if we have never been here before, while they take several hours to unload/load us, dont let us park, dont let us even use the restroom. Trucking is tough and we all know it but companies like this do not deserve our services. Please review your experience on all truckers apps, Yelp, Google, etc. Lets share our experience and only support companies that treat us like humans.

Arrived 30 min before 0630 app. Got a door as soon as I checked in for refrigerated. Minus one star for 3+ hours to unload. Check in at guard gate, park across from north side docks, check in with Shipping office in middle. Wear a vest. Exit to the west. Minus one star for yard dog (kid) racing around looking at phone.

Fast unload and easy to maneuver. No overnight parking. Loves and a moms and pops truck stop 10 miles west

Will not allow drivers to use the restroom. You have to check in inside of a cage. Feels inhumane. They dont care about drivers at all. The photo is the extent of the driver facilities.

Typical place ran by 3rd party lumpers. Thats just a fact of life in trucking any more. All in all a good experience

Received a phone call 2 seconds after the light goes green on the door...Your bills are in the office and the office is closing in 2 minutes. We were here at 2230 for a 0630 appt, told to come back at 0330....parked on sight until we finally got a door at noon, they steadily unloaded from noon to one, then didnt enter the trailer again until two, only to switch the light green and again, 2 seconds later called and was told to hurry up and get the bills. Not as bad as some places but not great either. No overnight parking and only 1 porta john. Safety guy and dock manager both very nice, office staff, not so much.

Most unsafe place I ever worked.They were celebrating 8 days without a lost time accident on my first day there like it was a HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT.

Awesome place.. guards are friendly. Checked in next to door 122, the 2nd crosswalk leads to it, and was told theyd gimme a call once I got a door. Got a call in 15 mins, 40 mins before my appt time at 1030. 1130 and Im outta here.

I dont know when the people were here that said they were in & out fast. My husband had a 16:30 appointment time. We were here at 16:25 & are still here at 22:35 slowly getting unloaded ( Frozen section) .The people are friendly though.

This place is disaster...... I come early, and sit on the delivery 20 hours.....

(Frozen product side.)Arrived at the window at appt time, checked in, given a door immediately.Lots of room, maybe too much for us that do better in tight spots.Cut a check for the lumper fee and minutes later were getting offloaded.Done inside of thirty minutes.Procedure is to slide tandems back and cut off the reefer. Theyll tell you, but now you already know.Nice people in there, Ill not dread coming here in the future.

Nice people. They let you check in at 0300. In a door 30 minutes before appointment. Less than an hour to unload. No overnight parking. Try Walmart.

Its been a year since my last review and check up on Dillons and if it was possible to give ZERO stars and still review, I would. for those wondering or hoping to work for this company someday, dont waist your tyme, youll not get it back. Theyre as bad as Siemens, or worse, they come from here too. They do it to their own.

Warning!!! If you have a frozen load and you get a weekend appt time it is wrong!! The do not receive frozen on the weekend. I got the pleasure of my appt “magically” changing in the Kroger computer to Monday and its ice cream needless to say it will use ALOT of fuel!! Thanks to whoever can’t do their job.

There’s no overnight parking here drivers but just to the east there’s an Old warehouse facility you can park at or you have the Loves or a ma n pa truck stop at the corner of 96 and Highway 50 Usually takes two hours to unload you can get it in an hour before pretty friendly people big parking lot

This place is an absolute joke!!! Due to bad weather we were late on a delivery however notified the office and still showed up and couldnt unload. Was told to come back at 5am by one guy, another said 1230, then came back, another guy said 4 and yet again a new guy says 830!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful awful communication. Hoping to never deliver here again!
