Mike saved the day!We had canceled our annual plan with another IT company - next day no network or internet.Mike came out & found the Sonic Wall router was locked out due to someone completely disabling web access.He had to reset the router back to factory & rebuild the network from scratch.He then removed all back door links from previous IT company & everything is working great!
Wow, Mike is a life saver!!! Mike responded right away and fixed my problem immediately!! Best buy recommended that I get a whole new computer. My issue was a simple fix for Mike and I really appreciate him!! Definitely recommend!!
Trinity fixed my computer for 1/5th the cost when Office Depot wanted $300 for partial repair. Customer Service is excellent. Highly recommend their service.
