I contracted with ProValue engineering almost 2 months ago on a traffic study. They informed me it would take 4 weeks to complete from the time of payment. We are now at a little over 7 weeks following the payment date and no updates, no study, and no contact (that isnt initiated from my side). I would understand delays so long as these were communicated proactively, but its been radio silence post payment with these guys. I did inform them that this was a deadline dependent project, but now weve missed our deadline and still no study.

Their pages are alright laid out but if you have any questions, you can call all you want and they won’t answer any phone calls. And they aren’t even open on Friday which I guess doesn’t matter because you can’t get ahold of them any other day either. Poor customer service.

Karl is awesome. Great work and would recommend to anyone.

Karl is a good guy, and if you need it, he can be very quick. Ive dealt with two other engineers in the area, after dealing with the Others I wish I would have used Karl for everything. He is honest and fair. More than I can say for the other engineers I worked with this year.

Karl, is not your typical engineer. It helps to have and engineer that can think outside the box!
