My wife spent over 2 and a half hours in the store, 2 of which she was waiting for someone to ask her if she needed help. The next half hour was spent trying to convey to your associate that she was trying to make sure the payment came out the correct account, now we are waiting to make sure it does because after it was all done she still doesnt know for sure. We are checking into an other carrier. This seems to be a thing that happens more and more frequently. This was supposed to be the manager from the Aberdeen store, I think your people need to be trained on how to communicate with the customer on the customer level.

The Huron SD store has a great manager and staff! We haven part of Cell one/Alltel/AT&T for many years! Very happy with our local service! Jodi Even

Just today I’ve called 8 times. Never answer the phone 😡. I mean sometimes I drive by and it’s literally empty still nobody cares to answer the phone

This location is massively understaffed. I should not have to wait an hour just to be told that I cant be helped. AT&T is a tech company in 2021; its ridiculous that they cant do everything over the phone, text, chat, email, an app, or any number of things that dont involve going to a physical store.Edit: Im taking another star off my review, as an employee at this location intentionally gave me false information that led to loss of service.

The worst service I truly don’t recommend to stop by, I was there 3 days in a row trying to get info about a order that was cancel and they did not help me at all!! The manager was rude and kept tell me that it’s was not my fault but not his fault either!! There was another girl that’s really tried to help us out! Is the only one who really helps out!!

I hate to leave a bad review for the staff who work here because they are all very helpful when you finally get to see someone. However this store is chronically understaffed. I’ve had several waits of over half an hour before I could even conduct business. I’ve seen it happen to other people who come in after me as well.

While Im not huge fan of some of the practices of the company, I am extremely happy with all the help and the friendly and very competent service that we got in the store. Melody is a hero. Thank you so much for your help.

Very disappointed with the lack of even standard professionalism with the staff at this store. From their presentation to how they interact with customers. There is clearly a lack of training how to present oneself as professional to the customer.

If you are to dumb or rude to collect shopping carts at Wal-Mart, dont worry AT&T in Huron will hire you. I have never dealt with more rude and incapable people in my life. Especially the manager.
