I had a bad experience with Dakota PC in Huron (SD) and called Alex as a fallback. I should have called him the first time. Prompt service, great communication, and all at a competitive price. Ill rely on Alex permanently from now on, and will advise family and friends to do the same.

This guy is AWESOME. I work at Hurd Alignment, as the book keeper , we were networking our company to other computers and Alec was able to come right away and help us get it up and going. His prices are very nice too. I spent two days on the phone with the Intuit people in which got me no where , I call him he comes in and gets us up and going in no time flat. So instead of calling somebody you know and cant understand call Alec!!

With our new electronic health records and our dependence on a smoothly running computer system we could not survive without Alexs expertise and willingness to help us at any time of the day. We have him on speed dial and if problems arise we can count on him. We were recently infected with a virus and he was able to save our system without any significant down time.

My computer was making such strange noises I thought it was possessed! It would turn on and then shut down and I got a black screen so I thought for sure the hard drive had crashed. I was in the middle of a very busy work day and couldnt afford downtime. Alex picked up my computer promptly and worked on it on New Years Eve and as it turned out it was an issue with my fan and my hard drive is in pristine condition! Its working perfectly now and no more strange noises!
