While I do not have an issue with Dr. Reed himself, his staff will be his ruin. I saw Dr. Reed on August 18 where he stated I would need a root canal and a new bridge. He gave the information to Tanya while I was standing there (front office) and asked her (in front of me) if she needed to write anything down. She declined. I advised Tanya that I would need a predetermination from my insurance so I would know my out of pocket expenses. She advised she would contact me as soon as possible with this info as Dr. Reed stated this procedure needed to be done quickly for fear of my tooth breaking. I called Tanya approximately mid September to inquire if she had heard anything about my predetermination. She advised she would return me call within 24 hours. She never called. I called again on October 1 at 11:53 AM and was advised my call would be returned in 24 hours. No call was forthcoming. I called again on October 5 and was transferred by Tanya to another assistant and was given information about braces. At this point, obviously the ball had been dropped so poorly that she couldnt even remember why I was calling. That office assistant quoted me $1194 at this time because she was doing her best to help me. They set an appointment for October 14 after I agreed to this price. On October 12, Tanya called and said Dr. Reed would be out of the office and needed to change my appointment. I agreed to the new date of October 13. They arranged to remove my wire for my braces for the procedure with my orthodontist. Then Tanya called me back and stated that my predetermination had been, and I quote, kicked out and my actual cost would be $2502. When I stated I would need to wait and have more time to come up with that much more money, she hung up on me. I called my insurance company to determine my coverage and they advised that a predetermination had NEVER been requested by Dr. Reeds office. Having said all that, if you wish to continue using Dr. Reeds office, know that Tanya is not capable of handling your information in a timely or correct manner.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reed since he was in his previous building. I have received nothing but excellent care in my time with Dr. Reed and his staff. Every single person I have interacted with has been courteous and competent which is in stark contrast to my previous provider. Anyone looking for high quality dental care in a relaxed environment should feel a high degree of confidence that this dental practice is just what you’re looking for.

I first saw Dr. Reed in March 2020 because I was experiencing pain and wanted that checked out before my first cleaning with his practice. After a very brief examination he wanted me to see a specialist, which was fine but I got the feeling of being pushed off like he didnt want to be bothered by me and that my discomfort was not so important. I figured maybe my next visit for my cleaning would be better.Last week I had my cleaning and my son had one at the same time as well. Again very brief examination by Dr. Reed after my cleaning and no feeling of caring interaction. I felt like I was just a pay check. My son has some issues with overcrowding in his teeth and its obvious but Dr. Reed didnt take any time to discuss how we could approach treatment for this. Just a nice to meet you see you in six months.I feel I gave this practice a fair try but Im disappointed and will not be returning. I will say though that the cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was friendly.

Always a kind and professional staff. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. Dr. Reed is thorough and takes time to answer any questions or concerns. Never had a bad experience.

I started with my own fears of the dentist but the staff and Dr. John Reed are the best. My entire family is switching to his office. Its always class A service and a wonderful environment. I would recommend you check it out if you havent already.

Everyone in the office goes the extra mile to make our experience positive - from those first time childrens visits to renewing those old fillings and crowns. They are understanding about anxiety, super curious kids, and payment options. My son literally runs in ahead of me because he has a fun time...I highly recommend!

Dr Reed and his Staff were AWESOME! I went with my son, it was his first ever appt (age 3) and my first in a LONG time. His hygienists was great with both me and my son, taking all the time needed to explain and clean. Dr Reed was great with us too and a really nice guy as well. Ive been going here since he first opened his practice, and its great. Not only is the office clean and well-run, but the hygenists and Dr. Reed are always very non-judgmental, even if I havent really flossed or brushed as well as I intended to after my last checkup. Very happy with this dentist.

I just had my first appointment on 1/18... if you call this an appointment. After showing up early to do paperwork and insurance I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. 30 minutes had passed and no one called me back to a room. I went to the front desk and the front desk person told me that she told the people I was on my lunch break but apparently did not make the situation matter. Only after complaining someone came back and told me the Dr was not in today and they were backed up. I completely understand that things come up and we can not control everything. However, nothing was mentioned to me when I checked in or after I turned in paperwork. The solution they had for me was to do x-rays and reschedule the cleaning and first appointment for tomorrow.This was absolutely poor customer service and I would not recommend this office to anyone.Once again to be clear, I understand situations arise and they may be out of our control but communication is key. When they found out the Dr was going to be out today at 9am, a simple phone call could have sufficed instead of taking up my lunch to sit in an office being neglected. I hope this is an isolated incident and not normal practice.UPDATE: I just received a call from Dr Reed himself to explain what happened. I have never had a Dr call me personally to apologize for a situation. Without ever having treatment done by him, it means a lot to have him personally reach out to me. I thank you Dr Reed.
