ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - Ive had my home insurance through them for a few years since purchasing and when USAA jacked up my rates 3x as much as what I was previously paying (after an accident that I was NOT at fault for), Arlette just so happen to reach out to me around the same time to see if she could quote any other insurance policy that we needed. Her and her team have been awesome to work with and its nice to actually be able to just shoot over an email to Arlette if I have any questions and she personally writes me back within a few hours (if that). She always touches base with me right before my 6 month renewal and lets me know if my rate changes even if by a little bit. Aside from having great rates compared to others, even if they were a bit more than competitors Id be willing to pay the extra dollar for quality service and being able to pick up the phone and call or email an actual person versus having to use an automated system and constantly get transferred. Wish more companies worked this way in this generation. Thanks for a great job!
