I absolutely love living at the Collins! The location is perfect! We are surrounded by a ton of restaurants and shopping. Target is less than a minute drive away and Mid City is less than 5 minutes away. And the area feels very safe, even at night. The Collins has a very nice pool that is completely in the sun for a majority of the day, a well-equipped fitness center, and a ton of yard space for both people and doggos to play!

One year resident and I couldn’t be happier with The Collins. In unit laundry, pool, fitness center, etc. Reasonably priced considering the amenities, location, and quality of the apartment itself. No issues to report so far.

Ive lived here since May 2021. The staff is very receptive. If I place a work order or any complaint they get back to me the same day. Or if its after hours the next day. The atmosphere is great and everyone is super nice. I love they have space for me to do my work from home outside of my apparent. And the gym is fabulous. My only complaint is that sometimes my garage floods due to poor drainage construction. But I mean all I have in there is my car so Im not too upset. Anyway I would highly recommend to anyone!

I have lived at The Collins for a while now and I would have to say, it is the nicest apartment community in the area by far! We toured many communities before deciding on this one and none of the others had nearly as much to offer. Right from the start, the office staff has been extremely helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours and any other issues are taken care of promptly as well. The events held here and all of the outstanding ammenities make it actually feel like a community, which is very nice. All of the little details in the high end finishes throughout the apartment really set it apart, such as the soft close drawers and cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the things that motivated us to go with this community, was the option to have a garage, depending on the floor plan you choose. We got an attached 2 car garage. It insures we always have a close, protected place to park our car and it also provides a lot of added storage. Because of all of these things, this place has felt like home from the moment we first walked in! (And that’s coming from someone who has moved a couple dozen times in her life)

Out of everywhere I’ve stayed I absolutely love this apartment! They put a lot of thought and detail into the design and decor. The gym is the biggest I’ve seen for an apartment complex. And I also like the events they occasionally have in the club house! In my opinion it’s the best option out of all the apartments in Huntsville!!

Undoubtedly the best rental experience in Huntsville! The front desk staff, especially Hali and Chance, have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative. They have answered every single one of my many questions, from before move-in to now. Maintenance is quick and professional. I feel incredibly safe here; the gated community with Bluetooth keys reinforce that. The dog park is expansive, and the gym is wonderful! I have yet to check out the pool or grilling area but plan to do so this summer. My favorite feature has been the clubhouse/working space; it makes working from home due to COVID much less boring. As for the apartment itself, I love the modern look. It truly is an incredible deal for all the amenities and features you have! I recommend living here to every single one of my friends!

The staff are careless with the upkeep of this place. I walked out of my unit and saw trash from the workers all over the floor by my door. I kicked it on my way out. Maintenance is incompetent. I end up just doing things myself. The staff are lazy and won’t do their own investigations about things, they will just take another resident’s word for it and frame you for something you didn’t do which only makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed... They won’t give you the benefit of the doubt. They will single out a resident for a problem/issue and make your life harder than it already may be even if they are not sure if that resident is the problem or issue. I wish they would just send out a mass email about an issue or problem in the community so everyone can do better instead of singling out people. They will get onto one resident for a small violation of the rules but turn their nose or act oblivious when another resident is violating a rule. One time a staff accused me for writing a bad review & asked me tug I could change it to a 5 star! I did write a review but it was a 3 star honest review, just like this one. Even if it was a 1 star bad review, I deserve to write that in order to inform others about my experience. I dislike that they accused me of writing a bad review and they don’t even know if they are addressing the right person, and still to this day, I think they got me confused with someone else because is a 3 star review really bad? So here I am, writing another one and honestly, it’s not as nice as the first one I wrote but I’ve just been experiencing things that I dislike/rubbed me the wrong way that I had to get off my chest. They want a perfect complex but their staff is imperfect. The complex is beautiful but I can’t enjoy my stay because I feel singled out and I feel like I’m being watched constantly & complained about for every little thing I do by my neighbor and I feel like I’m being singled out by my appearance.. I just want to be at peace. Collins, give your residents the benefit of the doubt, stop accusing and assuming, it effects some of us more than you may think. I have several more months here and I really want to enjoy my stay here.

The Assistant Property Manager Dinah is extremely rude, and from the talk of other residents (6 different residents) she is very rude. She personally does not make me feel welcome. It would also be fantastic if they could set up the key fobs to open our building and to have the dialer box setup for we can buzz our guest in.

Definitely gives me college student apartment vibes. Hallways reeked of weed... So take that as you will.... I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns into a party apartment on the weekends & I encounter drunk college students on the elevator.. Hopefully not but anything is possible, right?... I’d suggest staying in the “big houses” if you have a family, if you are older or just want to avoid the college student apartment feel. (: Cool place but I will continue my search.......

This apartment complex is great! The units are very spacious and attractive. There are also a lot of really nice amenities that we’re excited to use, specifically the gym and beer garden! The location is also great and close to everything you could need.

My husband and I just got married, and this has been the best living situation. The amenities are amazing, the beer garden, pool, fitness center, yoga lawn, and game room has been proven to draw our friends into wanting to live here. The price for all of the amenities is great. We lucked out with this complex!

Overall, my boyfriend and I love living here. The location is amazing and the style is beautiful. The only issues are that it seems like the construction team that built our apartment didnt care much about their work. A lot of our doors dont close properly and there was a lot of deep cleaning we had to do when moving in. The parking situation is also not great, if you come home from work anytime after 6 pm, you will not be able to park anywhere near your building. Hopefully the parking situation will improve when the other buildings are finished with construction. I wish there was a current solution though.

I have enjoyed my stay here so far. Any issues that I have, the staff is always quick to respond.

I Just moved! The Collins has nice amenities and friendly community! The Collins has everything you would want in a community plus much more. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a new place to call home.

I have been here for less than 3 weeks. I am somewhat of a nomad and have lived in places ranging from Texas to London. This place by far is one of the best places I have lived in. I hope that these architects continue to create living spaces for young professionals and families here in the city.

We just moved in and really enjoy The Collins. We were not able to visit before signing our lease so we only had the information provided on their webpage to go by. We are very happy with our decision.

Such an Amazing place, just moved in and everything was just so easy. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. I cannot wait till everything is done being built so I can fully enjoy this new complex.!!!UPDATE, Just resigned my lease to extend for another year. PLACE IS GROWING and it is still as great as it was when I first moved in!

I moved here in in October of 2020 and I love it!! Everything is kept up well and the staff is always very helpful whenever I need anything. i definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the Huntsville area!!

The staff here are fantastic and were very helpful during my move in. Most common area amenities are accessible 24/7 with a key fob, making it super easy to grab mail or use the printer. I’m very appreciative of the appliances chosen for the apartments, which are very new and efficient. I’d recommend living here to anybody moving to the Huntsville area for its location close to Research Park, as well as any store you’d ever need.

I just moved in a few weeks ago but it’s already been fantastic. The amenities are awesome so far and I can’t wait for the rest of them to be built. The kitchen of our 2 bed, 2 bath is very spacious with huge cabinets. I do wish, however, there were more community events, but with COVID, that’s understandable. Hopefully when all this COVID stuff is over, the management will organize some stuff like that

Amazing apartments. I moved in a week ago and the whole experience has been amazing. Truly luxury apartments. Service level from the office and maintenance has been stellar. Definitely recommend if you want a gorgeous apartment in the Huntsville area.Update: After 6 months of living here I still love the apts for the most part. The only negatives so far are the lack of resident parking on the weekends and having to roll down your window to get through the gates in the pouring rain.

The community has great potential and the apartments are gorgeous. Location of the complex is phenomenal. It’s near most major businesses, yet still tucked away from all the noise.

From the perfect location to recreational fun (TopGolf, Stars and Strikes, Dave & Busters, Bridgestreet), youre seconds away from great dining (Rosies, Five Guys, Nothing but Noodles), easy shopping (Ross, Target, Five Below, HomeGoods) and quick interstate access. Not to mention, so many in-house amenities for exceptional prices. The list of positives really goes on and on about The Collins... and theres more excitement to come! When you stop in for a tour [because I know Ive convinced you, and you will], make sure to ask about their big houses and take a look into their fitness center. Just CANNOT BE BEAT! Hali made my getting my first apartment such a breeze. Not only is the leasing office staff fast about response time and questions, but very flexible with tour appointments, and eager to show off the property. Tours are an hour long, super informative, and safety was always the number one priority - in regards to COVID and construction to their beer garden. The best customer service, best leasing staff, best apartment complex. CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE IN!

Moved in on 8/31 with 0 issues. EV charging was a deciding factor and the price was very good compared to my other options. Very excited for the dog park and other amenities to open.
