I contacted Alliance Restoration after I noticed a small crack in my foundation and some water seepage after a heavy rainfall. When we contacted Alliance, they asked us to send some photos via text message to their phone number. By actually seeing the issue, they were able to triage the situation (calm me down!) and could schedule a time and provide an estimate. Based on the photos they were able to estimate time and cost and it didnt require a separate trip for an estimate! With busy schedules, its hard to be home for a specific period twice, once for the estimate and again for the work. When they came, there were extremely professional, did very clean and neat work. They were even great with my 4 year old son who was very curious what they were doing. They left my basement cleaner then when they arrived. I cannot recommend Alliance Restoration highly enough. Please consider them for any service they provide. I can tell from their work and my conversation with them that they take pride in everything they do, and any service they offer will be of the highest quality.

We were in the process of selling our house and cracks were found during inspection. I called Greg and he offered to stop by on the weekend to give us an estimate knowing we were under a time crunch. The estimates he provided were exactly what we were charged and he even fixed a few smaller cracks for free. They were able to squeeze us in and get the job done efficiently. Tina his administrative assistant followed up and provided great customer service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Alliance Restoration for crawl space encapsulation. They were very respectful of our property and were very professional. The crawl space was extensively cleaned and the dirt was leveled out and the vents sealed. Beautiful white vapor barrier liner was installed on the walls and floor and piers / support columns. They wore PPE, ventilated the work area and were very safety conscious. They did a fantastic job! The office staff was also super nice and helpful. Their quoting process and payment system were top notch. We highly recommend them!!!

Alliance did a fantastic job of cleaning two crawl spaces and basement. They removed old insulation, years of cob webs and cleaned the walls. I am so happy with their work, dedication to excellence, and hard work. It is no longer an Ewww basement and I can go downstairs comfortably knowing it is CLEAN! Im so glad we chose alliance. We used Alliance to remediate mold in our basement and attic, followed by small particle cleaning. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Not unexpectedly, the attic work expanded when they found signs of possible mold/water damage upon carpet removal. Each step they called and sent photos, and helped us decide what to do/how far to go. Their advice/perspective was always centered on the practical - do enough to ensure complete removal, but go step by step to do it as cost effectively as possible. They finished ahead of schedule, despite the surprises! Alliance made a highly stressful situation manageable, and I’d definitely use them again in the future.

We are exceptionally pleased with the results and the whole experience of working with this company.The team of technicians who did the remediation were very professional, clean and respectful of our home and health. They set up several very effective containment barriers and air cleaners.We had the area retested for mold at the finish and the results showed that everything had been very well cleaned.

We used Alliance for a very large project that was out of town and we were extremely happy with the process, attention to detail, professionalism, thoroughness and a caring and responsive attitude. The restoration was done on time at 7:00 AM. The crew was extremely well trained and cleaned the entire area at completion. The office personnel answered all questions and provide the necessary documents for us. They were great to work with.

I was having some issues with an occasional mildew smell when my heater kicked on. I had already had my furnace and vents professionally cleaned by a HVAC company so it wasnt likely it was something inside my vents. I spoke with Greg and explained my situation. He gave me some helpful tips to try and fix the issue over the phone. I have never dealt with a company who was willing to try and help a customer with a simple fix instead of charging for estimates, etc. It was refreshing and if his suggestion didnt fix my issue, I will definitely be going with alliance to find/fix my problem.

It is apparently common to discover some mold in the attic during a home inspection prior to sale in this geographic area. Alliance was able to schedule an inspection for estimate and complete the work in a very timely manner. The receipt was also a report of the work completed with before and after photos. The crew arrived right on time and worked diligently to complete the project. All parties are happy with the work!

We couldnt be happier! Alliance performed work (crack repair and mold remediation) on our new home in early March, the week before we moved in - there were known foundation cracks, and the inspection also revealed a small amount of mold. From the first phone call, to the initial eval and quote, to the completion of work - everything was timely and professional. We elected to have them gut the small lower level (of our tri-level home), and are thankful we did - rotten floorboards and an additional crack were discovered. We were called and consulted prior to them doing some additional work that was required. The cracks were repaired, the containment process was excellent, and the work area was completely cleared of debris and was left tidy when they were finished. Then, all we had to do was wait for some torrential rain to see if the repairs worked! It is now June, and weve had 2 days of heavy rain - the type of rain that previously caused there to be water all over the lower level (this home was known to us for several years prior to purchase from a family member). Im so thrilled to report that although our side yard is a lake (which normally meant that so was the basement), our basement is completely dry! Not a drop. We are so happy that we feel safe finishing the lower level now, and have some wonderful additional living and storage space. The cost for repair was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for everything!
