I had a serious ceiling issue. My insurance company recommended them. I called twice, 2 weeks in a row, and was told by the receptionist someone would contact me both times. That was about a month ago. No one ever called. I’ll be telling my Sate Farm agent to stop recommending them.

Edited upon service completion…Classic Construction assisted me with my first home’s roof replacement and provided financing options to make the decision easier. The job was scheduled quickly and the crew worked through the weekend to get everything finished before storms moved through.

A great place to work experience peoples work there and they do good quality work

No one ever let me know anything about me getting hired and I know someone that works there and doesnt get paid right.

Great response..insurance not agreeing with price

They ran straight through a red light and nearly hit my dog and I who had a pedestrian signal. Saw them again recently (same white SUV) and almost caused an accident by not using a blinker. Whoever drives their car with the business name on it is not observant or respectful it seems... wouldn’t want them doing work on my house.

New roof just installed, leaking around soffit, new gutters installed, also leaking Cannot get anyone to come to inspect the job & fix the problems, They say they will be here but no-one comes and no-one calls to say why Then we are told that they didnt say they would come that day when we have emails saying they are coming

Wonderful experience. We had a water leak in the attic which ran down into one of our bedrooms. They showed up on time, were very nice and personable. Quickly assessed the damaged and started treating the issue, Cleaned up after themselves after cutting drywall out. I will definitely be using them again!

I used CC to install kitchen floor tile about a year ago. They did an excellent job. Recently ehen I contacted them about doing more work, we made an appointment to see tile samples. They called twice to confirm appointment, then cancelled at last minute. Never called me back. How rude! Apparently not really interested in smaller residential jobs?

Classic Construction recently replaced my roof and repaired damage in my foyer and living room. They did a great job. Workers were polite, professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Had to call three times. First time I called he said it was after hours and it says 24hrs a day. Then wanted to charge me 250 for an estimate. No way other companies will do it for free!!! That to me says they don’t want the work!!!! I wouldn’t hire this company on a bet.

Called to try and get an estimate to replace a door molding. Seemed very disinterested and told me 6 months before they can get here. Btw, we live in a HOA neighborhood and have a 6K sq foot house. I wish I could toss away customers like they did. NEXT!

Where do I even start. We hired Classic Construction for a remodel after our home caught on fire. We were out of our home for over 8 months, which the last few months were mainly due to work not getting done properly or not done according to what they were getting paid to do. If you want your walls and trim to look like they were painted by a child, hire this company. If you want paint spilled on your new carpet then covered up with your furniture, hire this company. If you want your furniture scratched up/damaged when being moved to storage and back into your home, hire this company. If you want good quality and efficient work done by trustworthy people, DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! As if going through a house fire wasn’t bad enough!!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for them to call back about the estimate they came out to give me. Every time I call to ask they take my name and number but it will not call me back with the estimate.

Installed a brand new roof in January of 2018 on a home we purchased in February. In April the roof leaked into our kitchen due to the shingles not being installed properly around a vent. Took almost two weeks to get it fixed during which it continued to rain and I had to call multiple times. Then it took two months for them to finally tell the seller’s realtor that even though the leak was caused by faulty work that it is their policy to only fix the exterior and to have the customer turn in the interior to their homeowner’s insurance. Bad business.

Nothing Short of amazing. We couldnt be happier the workers were so courteous, polite, and professional. Thier work truely sets them apart from other companies in the area. I, 100% agree now they are nothing short of the best of the best. I would highly recomend Classic Construction to anyone their work is second to none. This also means that they stay busy year round. So I can understand that some delay in communication can occure but I was normally called back within 24hrs.

Incompetent water damage restoration technicians. Do not hire these people.
