IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Very rude not just to me, but to every customer they had in there at the same time as me. I chose my color and the girl kept saying every other color in the book. I corrected her but she still used the wrong color. She did the same to another customer while I was there. She also asked me to relax my hand once and when I did she smacked my hand. A friend that was with me had asked for a small heart on her ring nail multiple times while we were there, and the man who was working on her still managed to paint the whole nail a different color. When she tried to ask him to fix it he snapped at her. They all seem more preoccupied in their phones than in what they’re doing. I will never come here again, and I will never recommend it to anyone else.

Came here with two broken nails but called before I came and she said 35 well after she fixed them and was done she tried to say 45 then fresh set this one was only a fill in the lady was very rude they where just trying to rip me off and I was not letting them do so , will never come back here again for a feel in. They are very unprofessional. The lady who did my nails asked way to many questions ! Never again

Was happy with the original set I got but when I returned for a fill she didnt want to fill my white tips due to the fact that I smoke ciggs, but I always make sure to buff them when or if they start to turn yellowish but didnt before going in for a fill bc I thought why when shes gonna go over it anyways but she then refused too and told me to choose a color which I dont care for my nails to be anything but white n pink so I was really really disappointed I paid $50+ for something I never wanted!

Nail technician was very rude, argued with me about the glitter being see through and argued over the shape of my nails. I had to tell her to calm down multiple times bc it wasn’t that big of a deal. She proceeded to throw my hands and tell me loudly say that I’m complaining too much. I’m the one who got stuck paying $50 for unmatched nails while the owner sat there and did nothing.

Ocean Nails & Spa is a very clean, professional and friendly business. Kim is the nail tech I always use. If for some reason Kim is unavailable I use John. They both do an excellent job. Never disappointed!

I was rushed to pick a color. The guy that did my nails was nice and did a good quick job though. The person that did my daughters nails was not professional at all. Very rude She told him what she wanted and was questioning what he was doing. His response we know how to do our job.

My favorite salon in Huntington by far. Kay & John are the 2 I always request. They always make me feel amazing when I go there. They go above and beyond. I will always come here :)

Terrible service. Terrible way to treat customers. I’ve been there several times before today and have never had a problem. Will NEVER be back after the way I was treated today. They do NOT deserve business.

Had a reservation- took me before walk - in’s. They are always clean, professional, courteous , and fair price. I even bring my granddaughters there too.

This place is awful. Highly do not recommend. My nails are crooked, nail polish is still on my skin, and it was way to pricey.The workers were also very rude and refused to refund or even fix my nails.

The guy did not want to fill in my nails all the way they look nasty and when they guy was done after I told him that they look like they need filled in he smacked my hands then when I tryed to use my 10% off they only wanted to take off a $1.00 off my price when it should of been only $31.50 they need new ppl that take pride in what they do

Rude service I showed him a picture of a simple french with glitter and he said he didnt know how to do. Its basic nail 101. After waiting 15 minutes he told me I should wait for someone else..

My nails always look great. Great Prices. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I can just show a picture of nail art I find and it is replicated perfectly. I have never had a bad experience. I will continue to go to ocean nails for all my nail and spa needs.

I think Kay and her staff at Ocean Nails exceed most nail studios in the area. Excellent technical skills, very clean and sterile environment, an time friendly from sit down to out the door. They will even let you sit in one of their pedicure chairs for a massage if you’re early or a walk in waiting for an appointment.I’m always very pleased as well as enjoy compliments from my friends an clients. I’d recommend them any day of the week.

Clean quite place for my first time they were pretty smooth got pedicure an it was decent they were in a rush couldve did better an took there time but Im satisfied with my feet they did a nice job but on top of it all there just money hungry

Im SUPER picky about my nails and this young gentleman went out of his way to do EVERYTHING PERFECT. I LOVED THEM! Everyone was very polite and I wont go anywhere else.

My first mani/pedi since early March (dumb covid19)...how wonderful! I have missed Kaya and her wonderful staff. I feel like a girly-girl today! Love the much needed pampering!

If 0 stars was an option I would give it.I went today to have my acrylics filled in. The guy told me I needed a new set. I told him no I just got a new set put on 2 months ago. He didnt listen and proceeded to taking a nail tip and wedging it in between my real nail and my acrylic. He totally ripped my nail in half! I started to bleed and he kept going at my nail as if nothing happened . I yelled at him to stop touching my bleeding finger nail, and finally a lady comes up and asks whats wrong, I told her and I had made it known to everyone in the salon you do not wedge anything in between nails and acrylics. If you need to remove them soak them in acetone and gently file it off! I left in tears and went straight to my urgent care. I am pregnant and didnt want any chances to get an infection and give it to my baby. I have had my nails done since I was 13 years old, and never.. have I EVER had this happen. I will never go back or reccomend anyone this salon. I didnt get the guys name but he was at station 3, young short hair guy. I only went there because my nail salon isnt ready to open up because they cant get the shields in due to everyone else buying them all. Lesson learned. 😡 I wish I could post a picture of my fingernail! Im still so mad! Sorry just dont cut it when you rip someones nail in freaking half!

Great place to get a mani and pedi very professional and clean.

I told them i wanted acrylic mani and pedi, instead he rushed... He cut may nail shape wrong, and when i corrected him and said my nails were crooked he didnt fix them. he blamed me. i had to pay 110 for bad service!!!!! i will never ever go to them again if they cant even shape a nail and listen. I did not get what i wanted i got what he wanted, i am not happy.

They charged me for gel, I did NOT ask for gel, nor did they ask me if I wanted it. I handed the woman a 50 and said the rest on the card with a $10 tip. The cashie didnt understand when I tried to corret her mistake. If 0 stars was an option they would receive it. Never going back and certainly do not recommend to any guys looking to get their nails done.
