Staff was increasingly unhelpful. Would be better off firing everyone and having self checkouts. ‘Bryan B’ was pretty much refusing to help me. I will shop at autozone again, just never this location.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, FROM THE GREY SHIRTS AT THAT. EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WAS IN LINE AND WATCHED 2 CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME GET TREATED POORLY AND COMPLETELY BRUSHED OFF WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT PARTS THEY WERE TOLD TO GO SHOP ELSEWHERE. Manager bent over backwards to help, counter helper absolutely sucked, was told that a part I needed was ordered the night before, he even pulled up the part on the screen and knew who I was and by the time he was finished lying(which he was on lie #5 and he kept on changing them, incapable of keeping them straight) and telling him that he was lying right to his face, he put his head down and just walked away into the back of the store. Except for the manager, God forbid you heard a word of English, WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!! Go down the street to Advance Auto, better service and theyll understand you!

Everyone here tries there absolute best to help out their customers. People who step foot into this store have to realize its an auto parts place to get parts not a place where they are mechanics. If you need a mechanic then go to a mechanic this store is just there to assist in buying car parts and quick advice

When you are wondering what to do to solve a problem with your car, you can count on some help. Last night a warning light came on indicating an engine problem requiring fluid. Did on-line search for nearest AutoZone. Found one nearby in Huntington Station, NY and open late, until 9, on a Sunday night. Front of store had overhead lights facing downward making an under the hood assessment easy. Sales person knew that some foreign cars manufacturers use special formulas. He had it in stock. Bought it . Put coolent into car in case needed. Was given advice on how to reach Help when driving through cell phone dead zone which was on my route - 911 will reach police in those zones. 😀Delighted with service and dollar value. Highly recommended, and a place that cares enough to protect my safety.

Poor service. Went in to change out my battery and the old guy behind the counter was not helpful at all. I needed to borrow tools and he just gave me a list of tools, which a rachet and sockets werent listed and said well I cant help you then. He was glued to his computer screen and phone the whole time while I was standing in front of him trying to solve my own problem and he seemed annoyed the entire time. Iwould suggest going to any other place.

This store sells faulty parts then when you try to get a refund they insist you have to bring in the original packaging which is literally a plastic bag in my case. The employee I spoke to insisted I should have had a mechanic inspect the part before I personally installed it in my car. So beware to all you do it yourselfers this Autozone wont do anything for you when their part costs you money cause your car is overheated on the side of the road.

Worst customer service. Had to wait till 8 for store to open even though posted hours say 7:30. Only one person working and he was having a problem taking care of another customer. Just need oil filter and oil deal but no book to look up what fits. Finally he can lookup. Not in stock. Ask about other options but his accent is to thick to understand and he his berating me because I wasnt happy about waiting 45 minutes to find they didnt have it in stock. Was never nasty or loud. And he couldnt provide an alternate oil deal even though there are more than a dozen online. This is why brick and morter stores are closing. I for one wont go back.

And that is being generous this autozone in Huntington station is the first autozone that i have ever went to and didnt let me use the restroom and I had a 45 minute drive back home every other autozone I ever went to didnt even think about it just said where it was never go back to that one very poor customer service and another thing there was an elderly woman that needed assistance and all he kept saying was no Spanish only English and he was not American either i believe he was of Indian decent but to be here in America you should want to help everyone

They need more automotive knowledge! I have needed simple and complicated things and they have no clue ! I actually had to fight to prove a part on brake lines exists. (Brake hoses ) not all lines are bent metal! This is something all the employees should know let alone there best parts person who knows everything. Be careful if you are learning or trying to do things your self they will confidently give you wrong advise! Very very frustrating. I never review but wrong advice and parts can be very bad when dealing with cars.

This store Manager - Vijay Rametra is very rude and disresptful. He needs a lot of customer service training and proper management style with his staffs. He has no knowledge of Auto zone policy and procedures, on the top he is arguing with the customer about the return policy which doesnt say anything on the back of receipt. This store doesnt deserve any rating because of the sore management.

I received the wrong rear wiper blade for my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SUV from Auto Zone in Huntington. Since I am a woman who just wants a man to install it for me, I held onto it until I knew it was going to rain, & asked my boyfriend to help me. However, it being the wrong wiper at this time was very annoying to me, as I couldnt see out the rear window, and this vehicle has some blind spots. They did credit my account and took it back.Now I am asking them today to install it for me in my home town!!

Usually my spare parts and everything for my car I bought in this place had several months of not needing anything for my car. Today I went and the person who is at the counter did not see her on my other visits but the person was in a bad mood just a question and answered without looking at me and reluctantly looked at me that I was in a bad mood I did not want to ruin my day to continue asking more I left the place and went to another store to buy what I was looking for. I leave this review not for being a bad person but I think that if we all have a job that is about being in contact with the client, I must be friendly or at least appear as they live a salary and it is a job. Personal problems are not taken to work and customers are not to blame for other peoples problems is something that every employee should be clear about
