I did my due diligence searching for a great chimney company on LI and it 100% paid off. They are a family-owned and operated company and the owner, Anthony, has been in the industry for 30+ years. His team was kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. My chimney is tall and somewhat intimidating looking and they got up there without a problem. In addition to a sweep, they addressed a missing cap and cracking in the crown. They took the time to relay information via phone to my partner and showed me how to operate features of my fireplace. These guys do amazing work! They were fast and professional, had great communication, and very reasonable prices. But the most impressive thing about them was that they were true problem solvers!!We had a CO leak in the house from a bad chimney liner; we called them and they were in and out in a day to get the job done. They ran into an unforeseen blockage in the chimney halfway through the job that the new liner was getting caught on. Instead of brute forcing it and tearing out a section of our masonry to unblock it, they came up with an elegant solution to fix it so the new liner could go straight down no demolition necessary!All around great family team, and great experience as homeowners. We had a slightly more complicated than normal chimney problem. Previously there was a wood burning stove insert - and major, major creosote buildup. Additionally, the placement of our chimney was quite difficult. Anthony and his crew did a great job with a new damper installation and thorough cleaning - look forward to referring them.

I called World Class Maintenance in for a second opinion on a chimney liner installation after I was told by another company who cleaned my chimney that I needed one. After a full inspection (which included them going on my roof which the original company did not do) they agreed that a new liner was desperately needed. Anthony was able to beat the other companies price and not try to sell me on additional work that might be needed. The price he proposed is the price I paid... no hidden fees! In the end they even threw in some additional work for the same price.I was so impressed with Anthony and his crew that I hired them on the spot and I’m glad I did!! They completed the job within a few hours and the work they did was top notch. Besides adding a new liner they put in a new elbow pipe into my burner and re-cemented the chimney crown with a rubberized cement that Anthony explained will prevent from temperature related expansion and contraction issues.I’m a little skeptical when I see a company with so many positive online reviews but I can tell you this after experiencing the work World Class Maintenance does I believe everyone of those reviews. These guys were great!!!

Called Anthony in the morning and told him I needed my fireplace chimney cleaned. It had never been cleaned and we built the house in 2008, 10 years, (my bad) and we burn a lot of wood! Gave him my address and he said he would get to me within 10 days (give or take) and I told him if he could squeeze me in or gets any cancellations Im usually around and that would be great. A phone call that afternoon and Anthony, Steve and crew are in my driveway. They hit me on the way home. Thirty minutes later, all clean and Im ready for another winter. UGH! Lucky for me Im a neighborhood guy and Anthony told me he watched as we built our house and passes it on a regular basis. What a great crew, clean, efficient, and respectful. Great, reliable company. I received a very expensive estimate from another chimney company. Then I called World Class to get a second opinion. World Class gave me a much better deal and fixed the problem. Months later, I had another problem (not related to the work they did) and World Class came immediately and fixed the minor issue free of charge. These guys are the best? I had a carbon monoxide leak in the house that was going on for a few months, we didnt know it was occurring and had just purchased the home. I had an appointment for Wednesday but the problem worsened and I called Anthony on Monday morning and informed him of the emergency situation and he dropped everything and came right over. Anthony and his team repaired the chimney with a new liner and fixed the problem. His price was extremely fair and I couldnt even tell he was at the house, cleaned up the entire area inside and out. These guys are top notch. A great family business that treat their customers like... family! I moved into a house that was never maintained properly, and found that the house smelled like soot and ash whenever the air conditioner was on. I figured it was sucking air through the chimney. I called world class and spoke with Anthony and he worked around my schedule to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Lo-and behold, not only was my fireplace filled with about 8 inches of ash, but the liner was collapsing in on itself, the flue was broken, the crown needed work, and so on and so forth. I told them I wanted to do it right the first time and they gave me a great price! They were also so respectful of my property and kept everything so nice and clean. I have a lot of good things to say about the expert work and care given to the recent work at my home in Centereach. After the initial phone conversation I knew instinctively that I was dealing with honest and reasonable people. Ive had my share of telephone solicitors for chimney sweeps, but went on a recommendation of a friend and Im so glad I did. The price they quoted to reline my chimney was over 700 dollars less expensive than a local competitor. They were clean and werent in any rush to leave the job until it was complete and cleaned thoroughly. I decided to do preventive maintenance on my chimney, after just recently buying a house. I found Anthony and Stephen through Homeadvisor (they had amazing reviews) and scheduled an appointment. Right from beginning, they displayed incredible professionalism and courtesy. They communicated well, calling twice to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes before coming. They arrived on time, peeked inside the chimney and gave me the bad news: the chimney was in a poor shape, loose mortar, clay liner crumbling from moisture penetration, and black residue from recent oil conversion - all of this was missed by my home inspector. I was distraught - and Anthony assured me that it will be taken care of - offered me an extremely well priced and effective solution, explaining and patiently answering all of my questions (I had a lot - from how chimney works, to what material the liner is made of). Anthony and Stephen sprung to action, managing to install new flex liner in less than 2 hours. They were one of the best home professionals I worked with: knowledgeable, fast, clean, polite and punctual. I called World Class today because my chimney seen better days, the owner Anthony said he will be over in 25 minutes which is unheard of but he was here in 20, after the inspection of the chimney Steven the co-owner notice my chimney was filled with water and could cause harm to my family causing carbon monoxide to fill my house, the brothers team had all the parts on hand to properly install a one piece flex pipe to maximize exhaust to the outside giving me the piece of mind my family is safe. To think I only needed cosmetic work to find out I could have been possibly poisoned was an eye opener! World Class will be recommended to everyone I know, very nice honest people

Very pleased. I had them come to line two chimneys in my very old home that I recently purchased. I had other estimates that said I required thousands of dollars in extra work. Anthony explained what was necessary and what was elective so I could decide. They did not try to oversell all kinds of expensive work in the name of safety. I appreciate Anthonys honesty and doing what actually NEEDED to be done, and when I am in a position to have other work done I will be calling them.

Highly recommend giving them a call for a basic cleaning and/or liner and cap installation. You will Get Burned Unless you call these guys. Like Most homeowners, I know nothing about fireplaces. I was getting a lot of smoke in my house whenever I lit a fire. I called 4 local chimney cleaning companies. The first three wanted between $6500 and $1200 to fix a long laundry list of supposed flaws in my chimney. World Class Maintenance came and cleaned 2 separate chimneys for a total of $400. Dont I need metal linings, caps and all the other thing the other guys told me I needed or my house would burn down? I asked. No, you just needed a cleaning and we are now finished said Anthony, the co-owner of World Class.

Went on vacation & had an emergency at my rental house. Boiler had to be shut off because CO2 alarms went off. Fire department said the CO2 alarms went off because chimney was clogged up. Recently purchased a house and brought in World Class Maintenance to inspect and sweep the chimney. The house is 100 years old and I expected to need some extra work done, but have no knowledge of anything about chimneys. As the story usually goes, I needed a lot of work done and Anthony and the Steve’s were honest and thoroughly explained to me what I needed done and why. Their prices were very fair and they were able to do the job the same day. Much to my surprise, they also fixed a broken damper that they easily could have sold me on replacing and saved me almost $500. These guys are HONEST, friendly, neat and fair. I can’t say enough nice things about them and can only recommend them with the strongest enthusiasm.
