When I first applied for the California Lifeline Plan I was put on hold for a while :(But Gladys was very polite, friendly, informative and helpful. She made my experience worth the wait.And today I had to report my phone lost/stolen and Ivan was very friendly and helpful as well.These two people should be praised by TeleScape for their wonderful customer service skills. Never get this service because the sales rep are horrible there is one especially called rodrigo he never explains truly what you are singing up to and he takes up to three hours to do one order.... REALLY BAD SERVICE
I do not like nose one can communicate with someone who can help ... I already have 40 min.and pure machine ....
