Overall bad experience, lied to, had to return several times and job was never completed.I finished the rear camera install myself and I am now happy. This place is cheap but dont go here! If you know electronics and have actual installation experience like I do you will notbe satisfied. Insolence, lack of transparency and management skills. Tomorrow Ill be working on my sound system they touched and has since stopped working. :-(

The cut accidently cut my widow tint with a razor and cut the interior plastic of my door and blamed it on me saying the dage was there before. How could I dage the tint before it was even installed by them? Terrible customer service.

STAY AWAY!Came here to install my amp and subwoofer. About 4 months after installation the sub stopped working. When I took it in the second time they told me that I had bought the wrong amp and that I would need another one. Something they should have told me on the initial install. I bought the new amp. The professional installer didnt check any of the settings on the amp before he let me leave. Halfway down the street my JL speaker blew up, literally. Smoke filled my car. When I took it back they told me that they couldnt do anything about it. The owner Sal just kept trying to sell me more stuff to fix the stuff they broke. I dont know how this place stays open doing stuff like this. I will never recommend another person here. They supposedly are a BBB business but I couldnt find them online. Im going to keep searching. People shouldnt have to deal with stuff like this when paying professionals.

Love this place because of Julio! Since day one he has helped me out and always resolves any problems I have with my speakers or audio systems not working . From my motorhome to my car .. also got my tint here , usually go to tint pros in the past but why pay double the price when u can come to metro sound for the same thing. I highly recommend this place and when u come in ask for Julio! Youll thank me later!

Well I was very disappointed i had a appointment to have my truck windows tintedOn my truck showed up took time off work the tint guy didnt show up then I refured my friend also that day also to have his truck done and they canceled on him too . I know its not the owners fault and he was upset too as Ive had them do work for me in the past and the work was excellent, I get it its hard to find good reliable help so I feel for the ownerBut this day was a bad day for all involved.

Moe and Julio are great!I had two tower speakers, two center console speakers, a four channel marine amp and a Bluetooth volume control installed on my new boat.It was all done in one day everything is completely hidden, it sounds fantastic and they came in under budget. I wouldn’t change a thing about the entire experience.

I had Metro Sound install speakers and an amp in my SUV. They installed everything except the rear 4 speakers. They supposedly been on order for the last couple of weeks. I call B.S. lesson learned. Never pay for everything up front. I will change my review if this ever changes. I advise going somewhere else!

Julio did an outstanding work on my Harley. He promised that he would take care of my bike and made sure I was feeling at ease because my bike was recently purchased without any audio. He suggested on several models and I finally decide on one which was highly recommend by Julio. Now my bike looks gorgeous.

Major shout out to Sal and Mo for taking care of my daughters van. Door lock actuators were going out. Took it to a competitor in town, who really did not know what they were doing and put in an incompatible part which, I believe, in turn caused the other 3 actuators to go out within 45 days. My regular mechanic referred me to Metro Sound. Took the van to them and Mo had his guys take off all of the door panels to see what was going on, and showed me how it was hooked up. He did not even charge me for this service! He then ordered the correct replacement parts for me and installed them the following week and works perfect. Now I am taking another one of our cars there to also replace a bad actuator. Thanks again!

Great guys! The owners are very nice and Frankie, Mo, and the guys really know Thier stuff and do a great install! They have done no less than 10 cars for me over the last 10 years and the results always turns out great. When I have an issue they are always patient, honest and gracious in correcting it right away. Most importantly they are cost conscious and will give you any quality system you desire...and Frankie does awesome custom work!

My Alarm started to die out on me , took it to Metro sound and got a new one. I was able to go in and have it Installed the same day. They were all super nice! And the price was the best I had found. I am very happy.

I came her multiple time, and I have to say this is by far one of my favorite stereo shops in Southern California. They offer custom everything, when they told me I could get an 8 inch in dash I was sold.

Amazing customer service! I came to these guys about my radio that was making a spontaneous, extremely loud sound that wouldn’t go away unless I turned the car off. The guys at metro sound took their time to run a full diagnostic on my stereo system, and gave me a cheaper estimate than the dealership. I decided to change out the stereo instead, so they gave me a bunch of different price points and walked me through each system, their perks/differences, etc. so I could make the decision on what worked best for me. The price for the stereo and installation was great and they got it done the same day! I went back to get my windows tinted and got the same great service and care and my windows look great. I love these guys and cannot recommend enough!Edit: I went back about a year after my stereo was replaced because of a small glitch between the volume control on the steering wheel (volume up was going down and vice versa), which started happening out of nowhere. I dropped by without an appointment and they took a look at it and fixed it right away, free of charge :)

I went into Metro Sound last week because I thought my amp was bad the guy looked at it and found it was just something was not plugged in all the way... So instead of having to spend the money on new amp i was able to upgrade my factory keyless entry into a remote start alarm system... excellent customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a fair deal

In what seems to be a dying breed there is Metro sound. These guys know their stuff.Awesome place! They are really friendly and know what they are doing. I tried to replace my radio myself and it was a long disaster, so I brought in my torn-apart car and all my parts and they installed it all for me in about 45 minutes. Two people who both knew everything they could know about installing car audio worked on it so it went really quickly.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for ANY car audio help I need! t. They under-promise and over-deliver

Keep your money In America and go down the street to another shop. The old Arab that runs the place goes by Sam or Sal depending I guess if hes going to rip you off he tells you his name is Sam so he knows to avoid your call. The place looks like a shack and all the employees look like Bums. I guess since hes sending all the money back to the middle east he cant afford to fix the place up or pay higher wages for better employees. After seeing the installers/hacks working on another customers car with dirty clothes and dirty hands all over the guys seats. I said Ill save on the cost for a car detail after their done and went down the road. The other shop was alot cleaner and had clean looking employees..

In a very nice job and while I was waiting I watched them put in a stereo I did a very clean job I would recommend them 100%

Installed a stereo for me, and didnt attach it to the Bose amp. Then they scratched the touchscreen when fixing the issue. But they fixed their mistake nonetheless, and the scratch was minimal, but still 3 stars

Very good experiance. Julio the installer did a professional job took the time to do it right and the salesman brian was great. Good experience I trust the workmanship I would recomend these guys to anyone. Sal the owner is a very nice guy it needed to be hooked up to the auxilary and he got right on it the next day no waiting.
