The lady that takes the calls is rude and not very accommodating. Service performed was not worth $90 a room.. .Better maid service alternatives then this place.

I have been utilizing Mega Maids service for approximately 5 years. This cleaning company leaves no negative surprises and is very accommodating for fluctuating schedules--with enough notice. The cleanings I have received are thorough and verified before the personnel leave my home. I have been a long-time customer and have every plan to continue such. Thank you for the service you and your staff provide, which frees up my time to focus on my career...instead of worrying about how I am going to squeeze in the household cleaning needs.

The WORST professional service Ive ever hired! My family and I are moving into a new home and it needed to be fully sanitized, not only due to COVID, but because the house had not been vacant for a period of time. We specifically let them know that and they sent over people to just push the droppings around to clean. Refused to talk to me because only one spoke English, the other female didnt speak a word. Not only is that not sanitary, but they didnt even clean the kitchen cupboards. We asked for a full clean due to the fact that two of us have had surgery within 6 months. The ladies packed up before allowing me to look around and couldnt clean a full closet because their items were put away. They told the supervisor that they could not clean the door frames specifically ask for due to the flies that were there because it wouldnt come off. They were looking at the paint color change, not the poop on the walls that needed to be cleaned. I know we could all do these items, but if youre going to be paying over $500, they should be done.BTW, if youre not satisfied with their work, they only allow someone to come over for 45 minutes, not until youre satisfied.No, I would NEVER recommend.

After having a VERY BAD experience with molly maids, i then reached out to MEGA MAIDS we then came upon an agreement as they sent out two of their finest workers rocio and berenice to sanitize my home therefore i was satisfied with the work as well as their customer service which i highly recommend in the near future

Mega Maid has been my exclusive ‘every two weeks’ housekeepers for over 21 years. Adriana has managed the crew of 2 or 3 for most of that time and continues now. My home sparkles when she and helpers are done: baths, kitchen and appliances, tables, furniture, wood floors throughout, Persian carpets, wood blinds plus all windows inside and outside. I recommend Mega Maids. I have had only one issue when they showed up a little bit late. They call and text to remind you of your appointment time and they are flexible in accommodating you if something comes up. They do a fantastic job and if you have any comments, they listen. The cleaners are prompt, professional, nice and do a great job! I was referred by a friend after my prior cleaning person had issues and I have been using them for over a year.

This service deserves more than 5 star rating. My room was an absolute mess, worse than anyone can imagine but they did a terrific job.I got the appointment for the next day during Christmas week which was pretty helpful too!Dont go by ratings given 8 or 10 years ago and Im sure Ill use their service again!

One of the best cleaning companys in the O.C Linda the owner, goes out to the homes were her employees are working, and will do the white glove inspections above the door jam, why there, because its the one place no one cleans, best ever cleaning business

Does the job you pay for. I read some of the reviews and thought either the best or the worst. They are neither. If you are home and tell them exactly what you want done, theyll do it. And a good job of it. If you take the bloody time, sounds like many customers didnt. There is a language barrier but they are trying and meet you more than halfway. You just have to try a little and theyll understand you. Dont be mad if they arent on time, every customer wants the best job and some will keep them longer than they schedule allowed. Dont be mad at them for it, they will give you the same courtesy and clean you home just as nicely.

Update 11/16/17Awesome! There was a miscommunication and it was solved. The owner called me personally and her staff assured whatever issues were present they would be resolved. Thanks Mega Maids for doing a superior job, for problem solving and even folding clothes and washing small area rug. From Owner to her staff I highly recommend Mega Maids.---Mega Maids keeps homes healthy!Mega maids is licensed and bonded. Initially getting an appointment was difficult---they have many clients. Steady weekly or bi-weekly customers are ones that make it worthwhile. The staff was pleasant, courteous and came prepared.This firm does a stellar job. A call is made prior to coming to give you a time window and they stick to that regularly. Items are moved, so you know they were there. My placemats were washed (thank you!). Promises are kept and if you have any concerns they address it in real-time.Did they break anything? Must admit a ceramic bird of mine fell off the window sill---luckily it did not break. Guess it was attempting an in-house flight perhaps? Mega maids is responsible and consistent. I recommend them to friends and people in my network. At the time of this review they have been keeping healthy residences in Orange County for the past year and a half. Thanks Mega Maids and tell the owner I adore the little pink car (brilliant marketing) and staff.
