Worst place to work in, these ppl and their work ethic suck!! Bad management , unorganized at every job, dont even get me started on how workers are treated 🙄🙄

Less than a one star review.I recently went to work for this company as private security for a large event. Upon arrival I signed a sleeping arrangement form that requested we bring certain items since we were sleeping inside a gym. Upon trying to unpack some of these items we were told, Oh, that was a typo. At first it was a little confusing but as we went down the list more and more typos appeared, mostly involving privacy. Once set up I asked how things were going to work with sleeping and getting ready for work, apparently the worker did not understand and proceeded to schedule me immediately, so not wanting to mess with my opportunity I went to work. We were given uniforms which did not properly display that we were working as private security. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I got thirsty, my supervisor came over and I asked for water, he told me that there was a vending machine around the corner and that was where I could get a drink. He knew of no other location to get any water for free, I did not have small bills on me so he bought me a single soda, which normally does not make thongs better, and went on his way. Lunch rolled around and there was not enough room anywhere to sit for my lunch, the break room was so small that maybe three people could sit there and there was no other location in which I could relax after my four hours of work. After about two more hours of work I requested some relief due to old injuries flaring up and was told by my supervisor he would get someone over in about 15 minutes, it turns out he was off the clock and informed no one about my request while I suffered for two more hours of pain. I recommend never working with this company as an employee or a company sending them guards because they do not care and neglect their workers.

You want a honest review? if your willing to work and your consistently reporting in with your supervisor and calling in for any extra work so they know your good stuff and show that work ethic in the field you will get the overtime and double overtime. i am a prior employee and i enjoyed the experience.

They put young 20 year old kids in charge as Supervisors, only because they are willing to work a lot of hours. There is unfortunately a lot of racial tension at this job. Makes working here very awkward. I drove from to San Diego for a shift that was cut to 6 hours. Not sure if I even made my money back.Another time I Scheduled for two days and on the third day I was called and told I was late for work. As a result I no longer work here. Im 40, Im an adult, Im not late and I always show up to work and do a good job. I agreed to two days and was scheduled for two days. But one of these 20 year kids they put in charge called the office and said ad another day to my schedule. Shes a racist, not all Mexican people look alike. Must of been another Mexican you spoke with.I was assualted by a celebrity while working here and was encouraged or pressured to press charges, sorry but I dont want the hassle of a law suit unless Im crippled or need surgery.

This place is trash , the supervisors always on their phone , they act like their better than you because theyre a higher rank than you, I almost cussed out a supervisor at the Shrine event.... dont go here scheduling is all messed up , when I started I had to call every Tuesday or Thursday for a new schedule, how come I just cant have a set schedule?? One time a lady called me and told me 8 missed a shift when I didnt even schedule to work that day... rating should be lower

Worst company I have ever worked for. If you were 1 MINUTE LATE, they would send you home. Sometimes requiring you to commute for 30-60 minutes only to be told to go home. No travel pay, minimum wage and you are highly disposable. Oh and to top that all off , I’ve had things thrown at me drinks poured over my head and numerous fights with drunk patrons. Not worth it at all

Not as bad as some companies with fresh off the chain gang guards.Top management is probably pretty cooland they are responsive. Hit or miss the rest.If they can loose the pressing dismissive approach everywhere it could be a good company. Descalation with employees.Update the sketchy Godzilla logo andReplace the abussive angry aunt Esterswith good and attractive ladies.

I worked the Pomona Fair Plex this year and I have YET to get my checc that was supposed to come 2 weeks ago!! They sending me for a loop like its cool. Trash, throw the whole company away.

Worked with Staff Pro through a contractor company, Im sure management could use a little work when it comes to their attitude, However the employees below them are great people, As well as the office people (Above on-site management).Id recommend this as a side job, Not necessarily a main income.

SHOUT OUT TO Antonio Cannady who wrote in detail about his experience working for this company. He said the people of black ethnic that were subcontracted were treated differently than the white people that were in manager positions. To be honest, they remind me of the Ku Klux Klan, he added.You will sleep on the floor on cardboard boxes , eat a twinkie for breakfast if you are lucky. The managers over working you so they will get to work less will threatin to fire you or just find any ol reason to report you if you cant pick up their slack.And according to these other reviews you may not even get paid.No wonder security sneaks people in for cash🤷‍♂️

I was contacted by a privatized security company to work SDCC 2015 this year. Fed a line of bullshit of We treat you like the professionals you are. As the first day wore on it became very obvious that they had no intention to treat us better than dirt. They cut corners to make money from themselves while make their contacted workers suffer through uncomfortable living arrangements, with the promise of meals that turned out only to be cup of noodles and a few jars of peanut butter and jelly (never saw any bread). Dont work here! They make money off of your hard work, leaving you high and dry.

Idiot company and set of employees. Was at long beach convention center trying to take a photo of the entertainment and was kicked out with no warning. A friend bought the tickets which was apparently the only warning for people that arrived at the venue late. After unsuccessfully try and failing to take even one photo of the entertainment, was kicked out. Apparently there was a warning for the first performer that we were late to (we were on time but last in line to get in) other than that an employee swore he warned out row to put phones away which was utter bs. I saw the lady that swore she warned our row warn several other rows to put their phones away while flashing a light at them but this never happened to our row so i thought they were just checking for snuck in food. Uninvited to the even 10 min after it started without literally any warning. Extremely stupid and unthought out.

The offices in Seattle is the same, Supervise to Staff Pro always means criticise, they dont explain well, and have a bit a mentallity about their position, basically the most unprofessional, unorganized Company.

They provide poor service to events. Three of their guards falsely accused my husband of trying to sneak a pack of cigarettes into an event and they almost tackled him and they spoke harshly event though he told them he threw his cigarettes away and he had nothing in his pockets. They still tried to not let my husband into the event because they thought he was lieing. This incident ruined the experience for my husband and has deterred us away from attending any more events like it.

Ive worked for Staff Pro for many years..Never had a problem with this company..most of the complaints are from people that came to work not wanting to work, every job has rules but most dont want to follow...they come late to work, out of uniform.they take items / food from shows we work that doesnt belong to us....of course they wont be able to work that way...theres always to sides to every story....funny the way these people complaining know they did something wrong but must blame someone else...smh

2 years ago, I was in Indio, CA for Coachella and Stagecoach. They gave us terrible meals, and the dress code is messed up. We all wear tan slack pants, they should change the dress code to wear either black/tan pants, we should make our choice is neither slack or tactical cargo pants.

After attending an event at The Anaheim Convention Center where Staff Pro was hired, I can honestly say these people are beyond rude and unprofessional. Trained monkeys would be better qualified.

Very unprofessional, they don’t listen to their employees and they say on their company website their employees are their most valuable asset. Going on 3 months for my paycheck that I should’ve gotten back in January and every time they respond to me there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t give to me. Also never heard of a company that doesn’t provide a standard paper check.

Its unorganized, they hire anyone some of the staff can be a little rude. But overall i love the job.

Very unorganized, unprofessional, poor management skills, and they can be manipulative in regards to pay and scheduling.However, if youre in desperate need of a job, this one is really easy to get.

I work for them, big facility, nice area.

I hated showing up for work just to find out im not workng the hole shift I asked for or cant work at all because scheduling would always overbook .even if your 30 minutes early u may not be able to work . Its first come first serve when you get there . One of my post , I waited in line with 34 other people for 2 hours just to find out they only needed 10 people and it still was hours short of the shift we were going to work .

I work with another company thats works under them, staff pro will under pay u , people in the office are to lazy just to give paper work that u need concerning that u have got paid thru them, and the staff are very rude

Management team did not know what is going on. Held is at door made us miss a lot of things.

Not good-Staff does not know how to manage crowd -i was asking to use portable potty and a staff told me i dont need my hand stamped to come back-my ticket was with my partner -so i was not able to comeback in after i used d potty-i showed my bagful of memorabilia from buying shirts etc from 9am to 2pm but was not able to locate my ticket n staff Joe did not help at all-Supervisor for Rose Parade on Jan.2 at the entrance booth ticket-the lady staff who told me to come out n use potty told d Mexican guy that she saw me come out and has been shopping for way to use potty said she was sorry that i was not allowed to come back in but the Mexican guy embarrassed me and left me waiting at the front gate while i was so tired n having a hard time to use potty

Terrible company to work for: NO structure, terrible pay, worse conditions, and a lack of leadership. Might as well be ran by monkeys.. if it isnt already.
