Brandon is fast, reliable and his prices are reasonable for his level of service and knowledge. There are cheaper mechanics but if you want someone who is trustworthy and skilled, you will be hard pressed to find better.

Ive had nothing but short of amazing service here. Brandon is the most honest and fair mechanic out there. Seriously. Came to this shop on a recommendation by a friend a little over 7 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. Family owned and operated which is always a plus in my book. Was incredibly helpful when my mom took her car for emergency repairs and gave her options to work with so she stayed in her budget and got the repairs she needed.

In 2017, I purchased my first VW. Since then, I have been only going to SMS for all my automotive services. I used to get oil changes at Jiffy Lube, but they damaged my oil tank which resulted in a $400 dollar repair. The owner stepped up and said he would assist me as a representative if I wanted to pursue legal recourse against Jiffy Lube; he even took pictures for me as evidence! At that moment, I decided I was a customer for life. The owner has always been fair with prices and always tries to make everything reasonable. He has waived prices for me on more than one occasion because it was a simple job. Honestly, I will probably stay buying European cars just to only deal with him for all repairs/changes. He is the salt of the earth. It is very rare to find such an honorable, unscrupulous person. I am happy to say I am and will be a life-time customer of SMS European.

2 years ago I was looking for a European service shop that I could trust and I have never been happier after find Brandon and Brittany at SMS European. They are honest, straightforward, friendly and understanding. Qualities I have never been able to find in the automotive industry. They are now great friends of mine. Ive been to a ton of European repair shops in OC and SMS is one of the best Ive been to. Tried a lot of the shops in the North Huntington industrial area that runs between Bolsa and Graham street. SMS has consistently given me the most fair pricing which keeps me coming back.Example : I took my car to a transmission only repair shop in the HB industrial area. They recommended I have the transmission reflashed since it was acting up. They said it would cost around 400 most likely, however they didnt have the equipment to do the job so I took the car to SMS and they did it for 100.

I TOOK MY 2002 BMW 745I I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS ONLY FOR THE FRONT & REAR BRAKES WHEN HE SHOWED ME THE INVOICE HE REPLACED ALL 4 SENSORS,BRAKE PADS WITH SHIMS AND REPLACE CRANKCASE REGULATING VALVE PASSENGER SIDE I WAS SHOCKED WITH THE PRICE. All the 5 stars review for this place is genuine. After getting an overpriced quote from Long Beach BMW. I decided to do my research on Yelp and calling around. I selected Brandon and his shop because he sounded personable and on point. He checked out my car, gave me recommendations for what he diagnosed. And gave me recommendation for what needs fixing in the short term and long term. I really appreciated his honesty and candor, not to mention his reasonably priced service. Hell have a loyal customer for life. Now Im bringing my Porsche for his service as well!

I towed my Mercedes-Benz GLK350 to SMS. The car wouldnt start and the MB emergency roadside assistance technicians came twice to start the car and couldnt figure out the problem; and they suggested me to tow it to the nearest dealership to identify and fix the problem. I know from past experience that it would cost me a fortune to get the car fixed by a dealer. So, I decided to tow my car to SMS European and I am glad that I did it. SMS checked my car and figured out exactly what went wrong and fixed it for unbelievably low price. SMS European is not only a reliable automotive service and repair shop but also they are very honest and thats what made me their regular customer and now I take my second car also to SMS Eurpoean for regular service and any repair needs.

Honest repairs, great communication! I put my Jetta in the shop and asked it to be diagnosed. They had it for a few days, all the while keeping me imformed of what was going on.
