My first time flew with Cathy, I heard a lot of good recommendation from a lot of people until I experienced myself. We bought the tickets from Lax to Phuket. Everything was good, but until we got our flight back to Lax. We had to stop at Hong Kong; which had only a half hour before they were boarding. We got to the gate in time, we had economy class tickets, but we went to line up in the first class because we had a kid. The front gate crew came up and checked on our tickets and told us to go line up in economy class line because they did not give the kids priority on this flight as they had too many kids. I was so pit because we were almost the last one in the line and my kid got so cranky since it was a mid night fight. I wish they could service us better as we traveled with the kid.
