Was having problems dialing in a hole at .013 with a much smaller electrode, went in and talked with him and we did some calculations for the correct over burn and electrode size. Got back to the shop and first hole was right one the money! Finished the job and was extremely pleased with his knowledge and helpfulness.

I have a science project at my daughters elementary school, and I need a few copper and zinc electrodes to complete the experiment of power being generated through fruits and vegetables.
