I enjoyed working with Ed in getting our family photographs scanned. He was very responsive and felt the price for his services (given the large quantity of images we needed scanned) was quite reasonable. In addition, he also was able to deliver the scanned results on time according to our initial agreement. The whole process was quite easy and should we ever need to have additional scanning services done, I know who to call. I would definitely recommend him for others in search of documenting their memories.

Ed is AMAZING! I brought about fifteen 8mm camcorder tapes to another local business to be converted to digital and they told me it would take 3 weeks so I took the tapes to Ed and within minutes he was converting the tapes to digital. I was able to view the converted tapes online while he was working on them and within a day the project was completed. Unbelievable service and the quality was excellent! Then I was in an emergency situation and needed a video presentation and Ed dropped everything to help me out and deliver unbelievable results within a few hours. He is kind, collaborative, communicative and fast. I cannot say enough good things about him and will be calling him soon for more digital projects I need help with! Ed did a wonderful job transferring the contents of a mini DV cassette tape to a digital video file that he saved on a USB thumb drive. He even pulled out an audio only version of the digital file for easier transcription. Ed did everything in 24 hours and ata reasonable price. I plan to return for further video editing. Ed just finished transferring all of my photo albums to digital format, and I am absolutely thrilled!! I go on my site at least once a day (usually more) to look at the pictures right on my phone.
