Started forwarding my mail 8 days prior to the date I requested and now my important documents I need for selling my house are lost in limbo and will either never get to me or be delivered to my new address an hour away when I don’t even live there yet! Also put a hold on our mail while we were on vacation due to a check coming and they didn’t hold it at all

Worst USPS place. They lost my package. It was a gift. When I contacted them they blamed the apartment management and asked me to come to the office to speak to them instead of going back and forth through email. These people need training. In times like these they certainly dont value that they at least have jobs!.

I ordered a package from Amazon and of course, the carrier they pick was USPS. I get an email saying “delivery attempted “ when no one came to my door I was home all day. When I called Amazon immediately after getting the notification they said the locker was full. It was not I went to get my mail the day before, also it has a camera and passcode so I know they didnt open it. I already knew they were going to pull that lie because those two parcels were heavy but liftable and the only reason they had two heavy boxes was because they didnt want to deliver the first one on time so they had to deliver both. Anyway, the locker wasnt full but instead, the package was too large to fit in the locker so instead of coming to my apartment to deliver my package they chose to lie and say my locker was full. After calling Amazon I rearrange another delivery and conveniently I will be home ALL DAY that day. This has got to be the laziest area of USPS drivers.Dont bother calling USPS call the merchant and let them get a hold of them for you in my case it was amazon

Truthfully, I had a great experience walking in. It was a bit dirty with leftover boxes and packaging stuff, but I understand things get busy. I could find what I wanted easily.Teresa made things incredibly awkward when she scolded me in front of the other customers. (I didnt know I couldnt take a picture of the address on the screen.) It doesnt say that anywhere in the building. It was super embarrassing. She then kept discussing it loudly for everyone to hear. I understand its a violation of privacy and I am someone who loves rules. (They are there for a reason, ya know?) But this was incredibly uncalled for and made me feel awful.

Awful service. Huntersville USPS has not been delivering mail properly for years now. Now they cant even pick up the mail. I placed mail with flag up two days now and they cant take it. They dropped off new mail on top of my mail waiting to go out. In the last two years they have delivered my packages to the wrong address, lost my packages, bent my packages and shoved them into the mail box to the point of damage and now they cant even pick up two envelopes.

I feel like I need a counseling session after my last time there. If you can afford FedEx or UPS, go there, please. I beg you.

I had a great experience during my last two visits to this Huntersville USPS. Yesterday, the teammate was very helpful and gave me great advice on my upcoming shipment. Even though this post office is not closest to me, I made the trip back to Huntersville because of the service I received. Today, Alicia helped me. She had a great attitude and was very kind even though I had 20 packages to send. Could not have received more welcoming service! Great job Huntersville USPS!

The employees here always greet me with a smile and are always helpful. Esp this gentleman who works there, I forget to catch his name each time but always attentive and helpful. Clean, and always got my special stamps in stock ;) Parking is plenty. Go before the afternoon hits thoughts otherwise lines can have long wait.

For the last two business days I have had outgoing mail for pick-up in my mailbox with the red flag up, and for the last two days the US Mail driver has thrown new mail on top of the outgoing mail, and has not picked it up. Last I checked, picking up mail was also part of their job responsibilities. The Huntersville NC post office is our mail location.

I agree with the other poor reviews; when Ive mailed something from this post office, it took over a month to reach its destination which was literally one state over in TN. And they have claimed to deliver several packages to me, that never reached my mailbox or front door. I dont know how this is legal???

First of all my mail lady has had a 10 year been dead against me, she approached me driving right past my mailbox and not giving me my mail so I say something to her and she calls the police on me, but that is the past going forward I am not receiving my mail that I’ve been waiting for for months I’ve been expecting at least six letters and I’m not getting anything so I Call and talk to the shop leader manager or whatever she calls her self and she tells me with attitude there is no way the mail lady is going to throw away the 20 year career on me and she also told me to not approach her employees and she went on about specifically telling me that I cannot practice my legal rights acting as if she is a person of authority. She works for my town that I live in that I pay taxes for so she had no right, And then again with attitude she tells me she’ll talk to her and call me back And rudely hangs up on me. which I’ve heard before five or six other times they never call me back never respond to my emails, that place is ran like a bunch of idiots are running it. So I’ve decided just to get a PO Box so I won’t have to deal with that snake mail lady anymore.

Not only did a package get lost (and I still havent seen it after 2 months) two VERY important pieces of mail I sent out from my mailbox were never delivered. Because of that my car payment was missed and now I have a bad credit report. Thanks a lot post office!!!

This place is terrible. Theyre extremely rude. They lose packages. They lie to your face about missing packages that are sitting in their office. It took four weeks for my 2-day priority package to get delivered because it never left their facility. If you want your mail delivered, drop it off somewhere else.

I have had so many problems with this post office. Notification mail was left in my mailbox but was not. Going to pick up a package and getting packages that were never delivered. The mail carrier never even attempted delivery of my contacts and instead listed my address as undeliverable. Contacts were brought back and returned to the original sender. This delayed my contacts by 2 weeks!!! The one for package pick up is always long since there is only one person helping. Most of the other employees do not help with anything other then getting the mail sent out. Worst post office!

Spoke to a lady that claims to be a supervisor is the most unprofessional and rude customer service rep you can possibly del with Skylar! Extremely unhelpful and unempathetic as far as I know she took the package! Dropped off 9/17 and it’s just been sitting she claims it’s left it can’t sit but hasn’t been scanned at the Charlotte distribution center since it supposedly left which is in the same city and all she can tell me is wait for it with no im sorry this is happening acts as if I am in the wrong for inquiring about it.

Teresa is AWESOME. I had surgery on my dominant arm and was really struggling to tape my package and write out the international label. Right before closing time, Teresa saw me struggling and called me over to her desk. Teresa then proceeded to re-write out my shipping label and get me 100% squared away. Teresa‘s little act of Kindness completely made my day!

Its amazing to me that my house has been built for 5 years, has no gate, no nothing to stop someone from delivery- yet 25% of my packages go to the neighbor down the road with 1 digit different address and 25% are marked as attempted to deliver but could not access property. What does that even mean? My house isnt moving, its right there where it always has been. If you cant access it, try getting out of your car. I assure you it is accessible and in the same place it has been for 5 years.

I am so angry right now! I always use the kiosk after hours. This time it gave no option for a credit card to be used. It kept asking for a pin number. I could not use my CC and had to come back home to get my husbands debt card. I finished my transaction then I had no where to put my package. The bin that pulls down was like locked in place . I put my small package in the outside collection containers. Horrible experience at 3:30 am.

I’ve never experienced so many issues with a post office before. CONSTANTLY lose packages or deliver things to wrong addresses. My neighbors packages show up at my apartment all the time. They lose my things. Show up to the post office and it takes them a solid 30 minutes to find things they’re “holding for you”. Absolute mess

I have a PO Box at this location with my significant other. Anytime I have correspondence mailed to me from the NC DMV, it magically disappears and I never get it. I have informed delivery thankfully and I get the pics of what mail I am going to get either that day or the next day. I get all my other mail. The managers and clerks there act as if its not an important issue and say that we need to wait a few more weeks. BS! What a piss poor location and they do NOT take their customer concerns/issues seriously. The latest mess up is they lost my duplicate drivers license and then somehow informed the DMV that our box is listed as vacant. Not true as we check the box at least once a week. Never have I had this much trouble with my mail. Get new clerks and managers at this location PLEASE!!

I sell a lot of things online and I have used this location due to the location proximity to my house. I sent out a package to a buyer June 9th and now it’s June 19th and still the buyer has not received any tracking (I can see when the package has been scanned at USPS from the merchant seller app). Customer cancelled, which means I lost money and reputation. I dropped off 5 packages Wednesday June 17th, still the packages have not been scanned and it’s now Friday June 19th.I stood in line to have my packages scanned in front of me due to this incident and he refused.. REFUSED to scan them and told me to drop off in the package drop off slot. I don’t want to do that because I don’t trust them to be scanned! Scan them and move on!I guess I need to drive a little further to another USPS to have better service. If I lose these 5 packages I will be out of a lot of money and even more people will be upset with me as a seller. Should it take this long for packages to be scanned and on their way? Not good!

Everytime I go there. Im charge a different price. 3 week I mailed a White Envelope with 2 Sports Cards to Canada I was charged $1.25. Today I sent another White Envelope with 2 Sports Cards to Michigan and was charged $3.90. 2 Weeks ago I mailed a Bubble Package with 2 Sport Cards in it Washington State. I was Charged $1.00 for the Kannapolis Post Office.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER. We have date sensitive outgoing mail daily and the carrier either will drop off mail and not pick up outgoing mail, or just doesn’t check box at all. There are several businesses in the business park and he could see we have outgoing mail when they open the back of the mailboxes to deliver mail. Why it is so hard for them to grab the mail. My husband and I have moved a lot and this post office is hands down the worst we have ever experienced. We are constantly getting other people’s mail, packages, etc... there has been multiple instances where we didn’t receive our mail. When we receive packages, they are crammed in our mailbox which bends all of our mail. If the packages are too big, the mailman won’t walk the package to the door, he literally lets half of the package hang out of the mailbox or puts it on the ground beside the mailbox whether it’s raining or not. See the photo for a perfect example- in the package was a $100.00 Christmas gift. Since it sat in the rain, it’s soaked and smells like mildew. These people are the worst.

I have had little experience in the post office itself but I have lived at two addresses in huntersville & I am so interested to know what types of screening the drivers have to pass. My mail carrier is a dishonest, lazy, human who should not be in public service, ESPECIALLY IN THE FACE OF A PANDEMIC. I have lost over $300 in essential merchandise that has been “delivered to mailbox,” a mysterious mailbox at another address, I suppose. Have you ever seen a box of pampers that could fit in a mailbox? I’m at the point of not ordering things if I see they are being shipped usps. What a g-d damn shame, to think these people get a pension for this shiesty work.

Poor poor service I just received today. I stopped in the office to express concern about a very important piece of mail that was possible not delievered. The person that i spoke to said she checked with the person who has my route and she was confused about who lived at my address so she may have return my mail. So I called today again to follow up because I have more mail that I get notifications about from using informed delivery. The lady I spoke to over the phone asked the general questions and checked with who is delivering my mail but before I could finish she said she will be delivering your mail ok bye and HUNG up on me. How rude!! I am a US resident with a green card and I am in the process of doing more immigration work done and the letters Im missing are immigration letters. My green card was once lost in the mail so of course Im concerned. Thanks for the poor service!!!

I have always found the staff at the Post Office on Gilead Rd Huntersville ,NC very helpful and always friendly. I have also had to wait in line for ten minutes but with no complaints. I did not believe the reviews but just had two incidents with them. You decide. Two packages came from overseas at different times and I was at work. For one they left a note to pick up and after going to the office, they could not find it! Found it after 45 minutes of searching at the back. in another case, they did not leave a note and the package got returned to the sender.

This is by far the absolute worst US Post Office in the USA! The people that work here as far as Im concerned all failed the USPS Aptitude test. Not only are they unfriendly, but they are unhelpful and incompetent. The person who delivers the mail has got to be the absolute stupidest human being on the face of the planet. I moved out of state 7 months ago, they managed to only forward a fraction of my mail. My move was very sudden and it took a month or two for me to square away all that needed to be changed. Some entities that I had correspondences with would not apply an address change immediately for one reason or another. The carrier continued to cram my mailbox full of mail that shouldve been forwarded; bills, tax documents, state business forms, etc. Some that incurred late fees and like any government entity, it just sucked to be me when it came to paying those. The idiot delivery person would stuff so much mail in the box that the door wouldnt close, thats when my helpful neighbors would step up, realize there was a problem and FedEx me my mail!When I would call to raise the matter with them they would claim that they are overwhelmed and there was nothing they could do! No, the problem is theyre lazy, they dont care, and their attitudes further support my decision to leave the LKN region / the south altogether because this is just typical.

As you can tell by my not-real name, I primarily use this google account for ties to video gaming. Im 23 and I NEVER write reviews, but this place is so outrageously horrible Im praying that by some miracle some higher-up sees this and cleans out this absolutely useless USPS branch.Ive lived in Huntersville for about 6 months now in an apartment complex and I seldom order packages. Yet when I do this branch has failed to deliver them to me every single time. Its either been marked as delivered to mailbox but there is no package to be found, or delivery attempt failed even though I know every time its something too big for my mailbox, I request that its sent to the complex office where they have a whole room dedicated to holding those kinds of packages.I dont know if the people at this branch are just illiterate, lazy, or a combination of the two, but its a miracle I manage to have not completely lost a package yet (it shows up eventually some hours to days after its been marked as delivered on their website either at the office or my doorstep -- I suspect respectful neighbors)

I abhor going to this post office, even though it is the closest to my house. I run a small business, and sometimes I have scan forms for my packages, and sometimes I dont. Each time I have gone in with packages to be dropped off and scanned without a form, I am (very rudely) told that their policy is to not scan in forms without a scan form. Excuse me? Im sorry, I thought I was at a post office. Where it is your JOB to scan in my packages - with or without a scan form. Theyre telling me that it takes up too much time - well, are you going to turn away other people who HAVENT paid for the shipping yet?? No?? Then take the time youre using to lecture me and do your freaking job. They couldnt tell me that if I hadnt paid for postage yet - so I dont know why they think they can tell me that when I HAVE paid for it, and it takes less than 3 minutes to scan 20 packages. Do you know how I know this? I started going to a different, MUCH better post office (Charlotte North, off 49 in the University area next to Food Lion). There, they always are friendly, greet me with a smile, scan my packages with OR without scan forms (no questions or policies brought up), and tell me to have a nice day. Its worth a little longer drive to have a pleasant interaction, rather than deal with the morons who work here.

Not only was it rude but inconsiderate as I have a history of transposing digits when I type them out myself.

Great experience i got all my fan mail from my p.o box they even had someone help me pack my car. Our mail people are super nice and send my mail out fast. And the post master is really nice and helpful in answer all my questions and get my mail.

Moved in to a new house and they cant figure out how to put the mail in the boxes because they werent labeled correctly. A child could match up the address in the box with the ones on the envelops. Its clearly spelled out. We are almost 2 months into the house and I still have to leave work early to pick up my mail.

Kimberly is an absolutely HORRIFYING employee. I am absolutely shocked she maintains employment. Immediately upon answering the phone she was giving me attitude. My package I sent my sisters said delivered at 4:01pm yet my sisters said there was no package and NO doorbell ring or knock on the door- they had been home! Kimberly tells me it actually was undeliverable because there was no covered patio and it was raining. My sisters have been getting tons of deliveries in rain without issue- normally its placed in a plastic bag or left at the back door where its covered! (And there is NO fence preventing access to the back door). Use common sense! Rain has never been an issue until now! Kimberly was SO rude to me and kept interrupting and talking over me as I was asking if there are any solutions such as my sisters coming right now to pick up the package. Kimberly was absolutely horrid and told me its too bad, my sisters wont get their gifts until after Christmas, and then hung up on me! I called back to ask to speak to the postmaster, and Kimberly hung up on me again! What is wrong with people? Its supposed to be the Christmas season with joyful spirits and she was just so unconcerned and hateful towards me. Obviously anyone in my shoes would be frustrated that they paid $72 for priority shipping, that ended up getting delayed and then not even delivered in time for Christmas. I couldnt even find out why they didnt use plastic bags like usual because of Kimberleys unwillingness to help me and disgusting mannerisms. I will be reporting her for sure, she should NOT be working with customers!

HOME MAIL DELIVERY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!NO STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE 1 TO WRITE REVIEW........We always have a different person delivering our mail. We have got peoples mail from the other end of the road. We have a lot of mail missing, and the last package delivered had half of it missing. It was in a grey bag and you could easily see that someone put their hand though the corner of the bag. They don’t deliver mail when they have it. They hold it and deliver a bunch at once. They also withheld my mail for over 2 weeks because my neighbor’s vehicle was parked in front of my mailbox. The USPS didn’t have the courtesy to tell us they were holding our mail instead of delivering it...instead they just decided to punish us because of the neighbor’s vehicle. Rude. Unprofessional. Useless people.

The store itself is awful - never has any supplies, understaffed, and the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.Home delivery is terrible. 4-5 different drivers per week, inconsistent delivery times ranging from noon to 8PM, and packages/mail goes missing around the neighborhood.

Drivers wont deliver packages if they dont feel like it. I get notices of no access when my neighbor parks too close to my mailbox or if its something that doesnt fit and they dont want to walk it to the door. I can see them from the second story window while Im trying to put my son down for a nap. Theyll literally just drive past if they cant comfortably reach out and put the mail in.

I try very hard to not leave negative reviews but the USPS here in Huntersville is unbelievably bad. 2nd time in a row where they had said that they cant deliver a package due to not having access (I live in a SFH). When they do manage to deliver a package, it is in the driveway or the sidewalk. They have however managed to deliver a package not addressed to me that I had to go deliver myself. We also regularly get mail for our neighbors. Never seen anything like this!

This is the worst post office, that Ive experienced. We need to banned and write the Post Commissioner of Raleigh NC. They have drivers & apparently workers, who opens up federal government mail. Are better yet, federal mail you know you should receive and you dont because somehow its gotten lost or they never receive it, has been stated. The Caucasian Supervisor is rude as h_ll, and when you give her complaints, by her response its just a 9-5 job, with a who cares attitude. All of them are argumentive, & problematic people. When you enter, they look like its already a h_ll of a day, @9am. I dont feel comfortable anymore sending important mail through them even certified, because you still will have tracking issues. Beware you have been warned! I think we as Huntersville residents should write the governor of our state, something has to be done. This post office has been like this at least 10 years, and it speaks 🔊 loudly due to the inconsistency in management, poor people skills, and a I dont care, who cares attitudes, that they publicly & daily display. Their are people in Huntersville who are unemployed, who would love to come to work at the🏢. Lets make it happen!

They consistently mark packages as delivered, but I live in a cul de sac and am able to see all traffic through security cameras, and there is never an attempt at delivery from USPS. No idea where my packages are going. This has happened 5 times in the last year. Never had any issues in other areas Ive lived. This location needs to be cleaned out.

Rudest customer service ever especially TERESA. She needs to chill out. Brought in a package and she was gabbing with another employee. No one else was in line so I walked up with my package as usual (by the way most of the employees don’t smile or aren’t friendly) but was told ‘you need to wait a minute’ not please hold I’m working on something. Then she proceeds to continue working on something that she wasn’t clearly working on when I arrived in the door. If you can avoid this post office, do so by all accounts!!!

I would literally sell my brand new home to avoid having to deal with this post office. Noone is competent, 2 agents and the post master all incapable of doing the basic parts of their jobs. Ive been trying to get my mail- time sensitive parcels for a week and a half. The post master apparently cant read, the first agent failed to file a simple hold mail card to a box I just paid him to have rekeyed and second agent whom Ive deleted with multiple times is rude with a not my problem attitude. Leaving here for a 4th time, took off work for a 3rd with no mail. Disgusting.

The old employees are very rude, did not like my experience here had to go there 5 times just to get my package delivered, they dont even let you tape your package without having pay for the tape. The newer employees are much friendlier, but you will be lucky to find them availible.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. While my husband and I were visiting, we witnessed an elderly woman being treated rudely. She went inside the exit door at 12:07 (they closed at noon). While still assisting others, the guy rudely said to her they were closed. She said she was aware. She reminded him that she was there yesterday and made a mistake. She continued, Remember, you told me to come back today? He told her to come back Monday. She slowly turned ariund with her cane and walked out. It wasnt just the what but the how he rudely spoke to someone who should have been treated with much more respect. We observed a lot of unacceptable communication like this. You need to have a better approach to ADA and elderly people... all people. Im in customer service and this is one I will use in our business as the poorest example.

Is there anything that can be done about this horrible place. Do they have a Postmaster? Why are some of the post offices around Charlotte so horrible. It seems that the Postal Inspectors would come around there sometimes to check on the mail delivery and what ever else is going on. They will just stop delivering your mail if you complain about them. So horrible.

Awful service! Beyond rude for no reason. I dont know what it is about government/state employees that makes them have the worst customer service. i dont use ship items often but I had something to return and they sent me a form on my email for free return shipping. I honestly dont know how that works so I just printed the form out and was hoping once I got there they would kindly explain to me the procedures and what form I needed to tape on my box. Simple stuff you know. but nope, its like he was annoyed and talked to me like I was an idiot for it. But unfortunately Im sure nothing will be done about they awful customer service like any other government facility.

Usps tracking showed out for delivery, then updated to held at post office at customer request. This is not the first time this has happened postal employee to lazy to drive down long driveway to deliver pkg. Never requested to be held at post office.

Tracking showed OUT FOR DELIVERY and I went out as the carrier pulled away and it wasnt there. Later on it said held at post office by request of customer and I DID NOT speak to anyone or request that at all.

This place should be totally cleansed. Im 52 years old, and Ive never experienced more nasty and rude employees under one roof, in my entire life. Particularly one of the Officers in charge. Her name is Gladys Torres from New York. Very bad attitude. After a couple of conversations with her, it became evident that the nasty employees are the result of this very rude and nasty supervisor. How she was promoted to supervisor is beyond comprehension. Most recently I contacted the post office regarding undelivered packages. Unfortunately, I called on her watch. She answered the phone, I began to inquire about my packages that I had been tracking, and as expected, she rudely enterupted me, and when I expressed that I didnt have time for her unprofessional attitude she placed me on hold, never to return to the phone. I didnt hang up, because I was documenting the call. Nevertheless, I remained on hold, just to see how long it would take for her to return. After well over an hour, I hung up the phone. This way she couldnt say well I returned to the phone, but there was no one there. Very Nasty disposition. I have other documents regarding other matters, in which I will compiled together and presented to the local Post Master, as well as the National Post Master, in Washington DC. Sometime you must sacrifice your time and do what needs to be done, in order to bring about change for the better good of everyone.

I read through these reviews and have to agree that this post office is awful, as well as the home delivery service. We consistently receive mail addressed to a different house, which makes me wonder if WE are getting all of OUR mail! I am STILL waiting for a letter to arrive that my father sent us over a month ago... probably delivered wrong or stolen! And today we received our hold mail bundle that was scheduled to be delivered on July 24th...yes, a WEEK ago! What is the point of scheduling a specific date if the postal service ignores it?! Always a new driver, always the wrong mail, poor customer service...I could go on! Huntersville USPS: This town is growing fast and you are drastically falling behind on your duties with our mail. Something needs to change!

This place is the meaning of a joke. They are nothing but rude and lazy, do not do anything to help you and then hang up on you. The mail lady drags my boxes to her truck refuses to come in our office even after we have asked plenty of times. She also leaves our packages in the mail box under the mail she drops off. If you have any mail of any kind i would never ship or receive it with USPS they are terrible. Ive never tried to fix a problem with a company and be told ( You know theirs 70,000 of you people we dont have time to cater to all of you) then be hung up on. WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS

They said delivered and showed a time but never delivered. So I called and spoke with the post master the following morning, that their truck had broke down but they never updated the system saying not delivered. So it came the next day. Would have been nice if they had updated the tracking or didnt say delivered until it was delivered. With the amount of mail being stolen daily people dont know if its stolen or misdelivered. I understand that its hot out and they are busy etc. And things happen but they need to update tracking numbers.

I was expecting a package today. usps tracking showed out for delivery, then updated to notice left. i was home all day. no notice was left in the box or at either door. no notice in the yard. i called the gilead rd office to track the package, and after the phone rang for a full 7 minutes, a customer service person answered. i explained that i was expecting a package and was put on hold. the agent said she spoke with the carrier for my street, and was told that a dog was running loose in the road and the carrier couldnt deliver the package. we do not have any loose dogs on our street. its a cul-de-sac, and we were the only ones home when the driver came through. she said they would deliver again tomorrow.my guess is the carrier forgot to deliver or didnt feel like walking the 40 to the door and just keep going. either way, the tracking should not have been updated to notice left, when that was clearly not the case. Lazy, maybe. Lying, maybe. either way, not good.

Worst post office in North Carolina. Constantly get emails from online vendors stating delivery was attempted and notice was left (Never actually happens). Yet I am always there when delivery person drops off mail in our mail box, most days i wave at her. When I call i always get- there is a new person on that route, I always say- no- its our usual delivery person - i waved at them today. Called today because once again attempted delivery claimed to have happened with notice on door, and once again i was sitting on our front porch when mail delivery person dropped off our mail. Person who answered the phone said they would call delivery person and then hung up on me. So i called back a few minutes later and same lady answered, she said she has not got ahold of our delivery person, I said OK, how are you going to let me know whether package is at post office or out for delivery, she replied I said i would call you when I found something out I said great- how were you planning on doing that? I have your number she said- I said really because you hung up on me and never asked for it- Hence why I am calling back- Her reply OH- whats your number

Weekly they forget to take the mail out of the mailbox WITH the flag up, I thought that was the indicator there was mail.Then when you call to request they come back and pick up the mail they are RUDE. Too bad you cant request a different post office cause as a business that needs stability with their mail I would request a new one.TERRIBLE SERVICE

I called many times and only reached a busy signal. I finally get through and was immediately put on hold and abandoned there. I gave up after 25 minutes and when to the post office. I waited in line for another 20 minutes. Then Im told to go wait in a different long line.
