I could not have had a better truck buying experience. My wife and I had not purchased a new car in 8 years and were reluctant because we just didnt want the hassle.On Labor Day we were bored and also interested in looking at trucks so we went to a couple dealers in the area and were intrigued but not inspired.We then went to Huntersville Ford and loved the trucks we saw but we had never owned one and were novices. Our Salesperson Brennan was fantastic in taking the time to show us a bunch of trucks and give us the prices and not pressure us at all. We did find one we loved and unfortunately it was sold while we were there talking. It was a custom build, so we just decided to try and recreate that truck. Brennan went and got Nate and this is where the truck buying process became fun.Nate was awesome, he didn’t treat me like an inconvenience or just another dude who wanted to put rims and tires on his new truck. Nate showed me the options, helped me sift through what would look good, and spent the time and gave me the communication until I felt we had the perfect truck for me. I was extremely comfortable and excited about the whole truck buying experience and felt we nailed it. Against my better judgment, I had to get some service completed on my car. The last time I came to this dealership, I was spoken to rudely by Scott. Well, it happened again. The constant interruptions while speaking and the the short temperament is why I would never recommend this service department. I’m actually glad they had no appointments.

Bought a 2021 Mustang RTR from this dealership. Only a few dealers in the area that have these editions in stock. I was fortunate to be teamed up with Brennan, a big Mustang enthusiast himself. After a solid test drive, which wasnt one of the typical go once around the block and done, I was ready to make a deal. After a little negotiating for a supercharger install as part of the deal, I drove away with a great car. Brennan worked hard for a fair deal and has been great to communicate with ever since. I was looking for a 2022 Ford F-350 Lariat in New England and was frustrated with the games the dealers were playing with such low inventory it was let them name their own price.I had an opportunity coming up to travel to North Carolina and googled Ford Dealerships in Charlotte. Huntersville Ford came up and was convenient to the airport. I emailed and was promptly contacted by Keith Smith in sales.I told him what I was looking for and he said he had it in stock. As there were no pictures online he proceeded to go out and make a video and send me an email invite with it. We bought a new Expedition and overall was very pleased with with the dealership. Alycia our initial contact online was great. She was prompt with replies and gave us a no nonsense quote. The price was far below Ford dealers in VA. We agreed to the price quoted and was then assisted by Brandon, Internet Sales manager who was terrific. He was knowledgeable, courteous and again prompt with responses.My only beef, is I felt we were left hanging as to the the registering and titling the vehicle. Partly my fault since I never bought a vehicle out of state (we live in VA) and didnt focus on the fact that I had no inspection sticker and no registration.

I would have liked to have known that before driving there and the manager I spoke to on the phone while I was making my appointment never came out and greeted me. Came in to the Quick Lane for a oil change and tire rotation on my F-150. Waited for an hour and half to only find out they never started a work order. Then I asked how long they think it would take due to there issues and the service advisor stated it would be another hour and half. I understand things are busy and many places are short staffed but this is a little ridicules for a oil change and tire rotation. I hope they can get things figured out as they really do have a great dealership. Simple service should not take 3 plus hours.

Service Department apparently is always understaffed. Every time I go to get car serviced, they always have someone at lunch, out sick, and one just quit. In other words, its always a excuse. Even when I took the time to make a appointment instead of a 4 hr wait, its now a 2 hour wait.Apparently they concentrate on sales and not customer service!!!!

I shopped online for roughly a month, looked at multiple Ford dealerships in the charlotte area. Huntersville Ford had the F-150 I wanted with all the added features at the best price. Internet sales rep Eric Basiliere even went so far as to make a video of the truck and email it to me. While in my opinion the car buying process is long, tedious and should be streamlined, this was the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership with a new vehicle. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade, and I walked out the door with the monthly payment I went in requesting. My wife and I own 3 ford vehicles now, when we’re in the market for a new vehicle Huntersville ford will be my 1st stop.

Sales Staff polite and appraiser quick, but expect you to GIVE your trade-in without equity. Time they finish with low ball trade in and all their adds I got a whole 15 dollars on a trade whos value after payoff shouldbe left $3000 towards trade in. I leave it up to you to decide.

I live 4 hours away from dealership and they treated me like a neighbor. I located the truck I was searching for on line and with the help of the internet department at Huntersville Ford, I drove 4 hours, and was driving the truck home within 24 hours. Great team atmosphere and very good folks to work with. Highly recommend the dealership.

I brought my 2018 ford explorer in on 4/5/21 to have the alternator replaced when the car stopped working out of town, we live and hour and a half away. My car was there for a week and I was told they were unable to locate a Ford alternator and an aftermarket one would need to be installed. I agreed. Upon pickup I was reassured multiple times that the car mechanically was fine and to ignore the alarms on the dash due to the aftermarket part. Less that 24 hours later, the car broke down on us again leaving me and my children stranded on the side on the road unable to get a tow. I would not recommend bringing your car here. I contacted Ford of Statesville and they had no problem ordering the correct Ford part the same day. So I was fed misinformation multiple times that put me and my childrens safety at risk. Find another dealership.

They had an amazing inventory compared to other dealerships in the area. They also had the best prices we could find. Sales Manager Aaron was knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a 2020 Expedition and couldnt be happier.

I just purchased a 2013 Edge on Saturday. My salesman was really nice and the finance manager did a great job at keeping me within the price I wanted to pay. My only downfall with the dealership is that I was there almost 5 hours to close the deal. The other downside is that I am four days into owning this vehicle and the heat stopped working on day three. It will blow hot for about the first two minutes and then start blowing cold air. I am hoping this is a relatively inexpensive fix as I am a single mom of three and was not anticipating putting a car I just bought in the shop within the first week of buying it.

Got the new 2021 Ford Bronco and Brandon and the rest of the team made the car buying experience not as bad as usual like other dealerships I have been into. The team felt generally excited for me which made me feel even more comfortable about the purchase! I highly suggest the Bronco Sport and I definitely suggest buying from the Huntersville Ford team!

Bought truck at end of November 2020. Had some adhesive blemishes on the exterior that I wanted them to clean up before they delivered. Purchased on Saturday left it there until Monday. Didnt remove the adhesive. It wasnt a a small spot either, about an inch long and centimeter wide. No big deal, whatever I was happy to get the truck and I just took it back two weeks later so they could remove it. When I took it back they removed the spot of glue and washed it, cleaned the interior but when I got the truck back there was paint chip above the drivers side door....wasnt there before, about the size of pea. Luckily Huntersville Ford does free touch up paint. I called to schedule an appointment to bring it in. The paint guy comes on Fridays they said so they pushed it out two weeks. Took my truck today 1/15 they were going to fix the paint chip and there was a bubble in the tint which needed to be fixed. Left the truck there, 3 hours later pull up the location of the truck on my phone and someone has driven it down to some parts supplier off of WT Harris, whatever I figured maybe they sub-contracted the paint or tint work and they had to take it to another location. About an hour later, Service calls me says my truck is ready and I got curious and asked if they did all the repairs in house and the Service guy responds yep! .....so why was my truck down on WT Harris? Who knows. He called me back, said the guy who was doing the repairs took it down there because he needed some parts but he was clueless to the fact that they were driving my new truck around in Charlotte. OK...sure. Went up there to pick it up. Cashier says sign this, heres your key its parked on the side. I walk out, no truck...no big deal, went back inside told the cashier that my truck wasnt there, she called a porter, porter took the key, 5 minutes later there she is. It was raining, he hopped out, I hopped in and down the road I went. Got back to work look above the door....and a pea size paint chip is looking back at me. Now Im upset. Call them, transferred to service, transferred again, voicemail. Call back, transferred to service, voicemail. Called back and explained to operator what was going on and that I needed to talk to a person, transferred, voicemail. Havent heard back. Super annoying and really making me regret my purchase decision cause now when I look at my truck I dont see my new truck, I see a string of small but consistent let downs by the dealer. It makes me wonder what the future service relationship will be like.

I fell in love with my Ford escape hybrid last Friday and started doing most of the process online. I got there at 5:00 p.m. the following Tuesday and drove off with my car by 7:30 p.m. I did negotiate some things down that didnt end up happening but the finance manager just believed me and took it off. but for the most part it was a seamless transaction and Ive only had my car a day now but I really enjoy driving it. It was easy to sell my 2014 Nissan Murano as well I sent them pictures and they kept to their quote.
