The location was perfect - easy access and wide parking lot with ready-access doors. The interior was always clean, carts in great working order, and zero garbage from others activities. Great space for the money and you cant ask for better service than what Brie and her team provided. No-brainer decision if you need a storage unit.

I have never had a storage unit before, so being new to the process was a little scary by itself. But even more so with the current state of our country and how businesses and interactions with those businesses have been affected. Im almost positive her name is Lauren, she just told me but i was on the phone at work...anyways she just made my entire day, month, year, the whole thing! I emptied my unit today and had a little issue. after leaving the facility i called one of the main people to receive assistance with no success. fast forward a couple hours later and i received the call from lauren saying that my issue has been resolved!!can i just point out that i was not the nicest i could have been at the office and i expressed that i wasnt upset at her that it was the company, and lauren cared enough to take care of me AFTER I HAD BEEN A SLIGHT B AND ALREADY LEFT!!! This is what prime customer service consists of. THANK YOU LAUREN YOU BABY ANGEL!!!!!

Brie was very helpful. This was my first experience with renting a storage unit and I didn’t really have a good feel for the sizes. They didn’t have the unit I reserved, so b/c of that and Brie’s patience w/me wanting to compare sizes, I was able to save myself some money and get more space. Good initial experience.

My experience with public storage was not good. I removed my items from the storage on the 6th day of the month. The representative stated I still have to pay for the entire month. I asked do they not prorate she stated no. I didnt want that to discourage me, but when I found out that they only have 3 carts on the premises I was furious. She stated the carts were taken. Now I have to load my furniture from the 2nd floor with no cart. Last but not less each time we got on the elevator we have to enter an excess code. Never again will I use public storage again.

This storage facility manager is seeking all ways to make you pay more for nothing. I have a STORAGE WHICH I use to pay about 60 $ for 10 X10 the same unite went up to 75$ and DONT mention all the fee and charges in all possible ways. when i was in transition they try to auction my belonging for late payment! sad! they keep calling for payment even in this COVID-19 season, where everyone is going through financial and health challenges. you cant report them to BBB because this location is not in BBB. I am willing to pay my payments when i get paid but now I am is getting their unemployment or wages on time.... I dont think the people running this storage know or care about their customers hardship. I cant wait to leave this please! i HAVE PAID MORE THAN 200$ IN FEES DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME!

Went to this location to inquire about some storage units and met the lovely property manager Brie. She answered all the questions I had about storage and did it all with a smile! Brie is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! When you come to the location ask for Brie!

I called the number to get quotes on units and the guy was rude. When he asked for my last name so he could send me a quote I told him I was writing down the prices and didnt need the quote he hung up on me. The good news is youre renting a space and customer service can be secondary, but if you hang up on potential customers youre never going to rent those units out.

I give 5 starts to Brie for sure. Brie made my reservation process and move in flawless!!!! Thanks Brie. As for the facility it was clean. I just moved in yesterday therefore dont know about billing etc. Thanks Brie!

Mrs .Brie , Mrs Monique , And Mr Nate have all been such a wonderful help to me and my grandmother ! They are kind, nice, helpful and welcoming. They have helped me in so many ways to the point that I cant even BEGIN to explain. I recommend this public storage to anyone and everyone that needs somewhere to store items . I have been at this location for 4 months and I have yet to have any issues at all With anyone. This location ; unlike others is well managed. The employees here are well trained as well as experienced, very clean and very secured . These 3 workers do a terrific job at what they do ! They all deserve a RAISE !!!

The clerks that work upfront are great. However, when you sign up online you dont know about the additional $24 lock you have to purchase until you come in to sign your paperwork. Not, a good practice and kinda sneaky in my opinion. When the online portal gives you a move in cost you need to add another $24 to that.There is constantly someone blocking the loading area and there are not enough carts available. They need to enforce not blocking the door and add about 4 more carts.

It was very easy to reserve a storage unit and have it held until our begin date. Shauni checked us in and was very thorough and helpful. A pleasure to work with!

I spoke with Nate McEwen, he was very helpful. I couldnt decide if I needed the 10 x10 or 10 x15, He walked me to both units so I could see the size difference. He also explained to me the price difference. He walked me through all the fees and monthly price. Every question that I asked was answered efficiently. I can honestly say that Nate made my visit a smooth, quick and easy process. Thank you so much Nate.

Nice storage facility. All inside they have two stories. They have a lot of carts to accommodate moving items into your unit. It can get busy on the weekends and be hard to park or get a cart.

Decent storage facility with dishonest business practices. If you don’t mind being swindled and paying more than advertised, this facility should be able to meet your storage needs.I was given a lock to go with my storage unit and assumed that it was included as part of the administrative fees. After reviewing the charges in an email, I realized I was charged for the lock. I tried to return the lock so I could use my own. I was told my lock wouldn’t work on the unit. After I double checked to make sure my lock would work, I again asked to return the facility’s lock. The employee refused to here me out and said that a had to purchase the lock as a part of the company’s policy which it is not according to their website. I was then given a number of a supervisor I could talk to. I was unable to reach the supervisor and have not received any response to the voicemail I left.

Brie is Great!!!! She has helped me with so many different rental storages. She is always there when I need to change to different storages. She is exact when it comes to rates and service. The only thing the place is missing is another Brie.....

Went to the huntersville location to take a look at some units and get some pricing. Met the manager Brie and she was so wonderful, answered all my questions that I had about storage and what size I would need for my belongings. If you come to the location ask for Brie!!

This storage facilitys staff members did an excellent job of letting me know everything in terms of rental insurance, how to access my storage space, etc. They were also very friendly and personable. In terms of the experience of Public Storage as a business, their initial renting quotes on their websites are completely misleading. The site fails to include the added cost of insurance, the lock and any other beginners fees and all of those fees are required to rent the space. The site told me I would pay $25 but in the end the total was actual more that double that price as I paid $57. Those kind of business practice could have really led to me being dissatisfied with my experience but the workers were so pleasant and I know it is not their fault so for their sake this review gets 5 stars but for the business in general they might get 3. Thank you Brie and Jason!! : )

Stay as far away from this facility as possible. They will give you a decent rate but a few months after you move in they will raise your rates and call it a small price adjustment. In my case that small price adjustment was a 81% increase after 4 months. I would call this a new Bait and Switch technique.

I love the clean climate control facility. Just need more carts, people keep taking them and it makes it harder on others when moving. Especially when moving things to the 2nd or 3th floor. First time using a storage unit and Brie and Seena were a big help. Thank you ladies.

System was down and was told over the phone they would be able to complete manually if we paid cash. We showed up and they would not let us rent a unit because there was no manual receipt paper. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
