We paid 1400. For half a cow. They ground 85% of it. They only gave us half the brisket in tact. The weights are wrong by About 20oz on every package, and yes I weight my food at home. And on some of the best cuts we paid for, the packaging isn’t sealed properly. One of the larger steaks got freezer burn because of it!
