Paul Davis is a great company to work with. They employ great people with knowledge. They address problems quickly. I was able to communicate with my project manager on a daily basis. He did his best on this project and Im very satisfied with the service that they provided for us.

This truck was driving erratic and cut us off twice. Seeing how they drive I wouldn’t ever recommend these people anywhere. These guys definitely need to learn how to drive. Poor driving is not a good example driving trucks around with yalls logo. This is on 45 heading north past 336s in Conroe!

I would not recommend this company to any friends,family, or relatives. They are absolutely unprofessional on how they go about their business, employees were very impolite, and made more damages than they did their job. I’m not sure how they stay in business with their poor services. If you had someone show up to your door with a rude attitude and call office and they were just as rude you would definitely not want to use them ever again. If you’re looking for poor customer service and rude attitudes this is the company to chose if not call any other restoration company nearest you!

I used Paul Davis twice within a short period of time for water damage cleanup after plumbing issues. Blake and Brian were assigned to help me both times and were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in walking me through the whole process. They were able to quickly place equipment to dry out the damaged areas and reduce further damage. I would recommend Paul Davis and Blakes team to anyone needing mitigation service.

Gabe did a great job keeping me informed during the repairs. He checked on the contractors everyday. He also varified everything that was claimed and found several import repairs that I had missed when I submitted the claim. He worked with USAA to add the additional items to ensure everything damaged from the storm was replaced .

Had water damage in my home prior to the Texas winter storm. Paul Davis sent out a small army of crews to assess and mitigate the damage, and worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was done the RIGHT way (not the cheap way).Their contractor is roughly 35-40% completed with the work thus far, and Im extremely impressed. Ive never seen such a clean jobsite ever in my life like this. The crew is always punctual, respects my home by taking great care, and I feel very confident that I made the right decision moving forward with them. I received water damage mitigation from a pipe burst from the Texas winter storm. I’ve now gone nearly a month with my house in a mess with no recon plans. I’ve received little to zero communication from the PM on scheduling. Each time I call the office I get a message saying they’re still preparing an estimate even after payment has already been made.

Whoever was driving off Fairmont and Luella Monday morning needs to realize how they act out in public is a reflection on their company. This driver was hostile and almost sideswiped me this morning, they nearly caused an accident. Then it appears they gave me the finger or shaking his fist. Either way, so uncalled for and was no reason to completely cut me off. All I know is, If anybody I know in my area need these type of services i know WHO NOT TO RECOMMEND! Learn to Drive!

We had a tree fall on our house 1/2020 and it destroyed our kitchen, dining room and living room and roof. We hired Paul Davis to repair and renovate and couldnt be happier with the result. They were efficient, professional and compassionate. My house looks fantastic and even better than before.

Needed brick wall and interior wall of garage repaired. All members of the team were professional and did everything to ensure I was happy with the work. Once work began, job was completed a few days. Highly recommended.

I worked with Shawn, Josh and Angela - I dont know the name of the actual person who did the work. Each person was thorough and always willing to answer any and all of my questions. The estimate I received was detailed as were the pictures of the damage. Living out of town the detail made it easier to handle the situation. I asked the tenants how the contractor did and they had nothing but good things to say about him and the work performed. Paul Davis was very quick to respond and sent a representative to my address within about an hour. There were actually several representatives who arrived. Both Chris and Steven. They were both very professional, friendly and helpful. Steven Kull handled the cleanup and drying process very promptly. He was very knowledgeable and punctual. Positive experience. Unclear of cost because of insurance involvement. The provideers appeared to be knowlwedgeable and their work ethics to complete the necessary work was evident. Informational and courteous, each Lead staff verbalized objectives daily upon arrival for days schedule.

This was a very traumatic event for us. Paul Davis was very responsive and very fast. They were out to the house and had a crew ready to go four hours after the house was flooded. We very much appreciate their quickness, their compassion and their work ethic. We are extremely happy with their services and would definitely recommend them but hope to never use them again for a flooded house.

We had extensive damage to the first and second floors due to a roof and stucco issues. Paul Davis was referred by our insurance company. Was very impressed with their project manager-Will, who was able to meet all of our requirements -on time and excellent quality of work.We can suggest that you should interview this restoration company before making a final decision.

Terrible service. Paid in full. Didn’t do what I was told they were going to do. They came to do part of the job on first day. Arrived over 2 hours late. They were supposed to come back Monday to finish the job early in the morning. Never showed. Kept trying to reach them and no answer. Matt was the person I had contact with in the beginning. Kept trying to reach Matt but no answer til near the end of the day when he promised to show up the next day. Next day same issue: no show and no way to get in touch with them. He wouldn’t answer my calls nor text. Answered really late said he would arrive around 6 pm and never showed. Kept calling and he finally answered and said he couldn’t make it anymore til next day. He finally showed on Wednesday morning. He said he would follow up in a week to see if I was satisfied with job or needed to come back. Never called me. I messaged him but again no answer. NEVER using this company again. It was a complete headache to work with them. Very unprofessional, rude. I wasted 2 days just waiting for them to show up. If they would have been honest and called me to reschedule I wouldn’t have had a problem. The problem was they had me waiting the whole day, never bothered to call me nor answer my phone calls nor messages. Give them 1 star because Google won’t allow me to give no star.

Whoever runs this business needs to teach their drivers to learn how to drive. I was almost ran off the road this morning by one of these people.

We flooded and Paul Davis employees were great, couldnt have ask for more professional and respectful employees.
