Picture attached for 3 weeks of their service. This place is 100% the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Calling them and leaving them countless messages and they never call back. They always say “David will call you” and David never called us once. We have security cameras and they lied to us claiming “ they came everyday or every other day” treating the pool. Plus I work from home and would know when they come. Our security cameras showed this was a lie and I even asked for all the days they came and they ignored my request. They dug a giant hole and never filled it and my son fell inside it because they don’t care about their client. They said their was a leak but another company said it was just missing a cheap small part and they diagnosed the problem wrong.Lastly, I urge anyone who is reading this please please stay away from this company and look elsewhere. We hired a new pool company and they got it crystal clear blue in 4 days.Edit: I confirmed that this is the correct company hence I mentioned David the managers name that he clearly works there and their employee Eli.Edit #2: I called blue pools forever and asked to directly speak to the owner to confront his response. I was told he would call me back by the female who answered the phone. Days have gone by and no call back. Now, they blocked my number from calling them! How do I know they blocked me? I used a different phone and all calls went through!Also, attached is my invoice from them! I guess this proves this company is dishonest and should NOT be trusted!This story and company is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen! I can’t believe the owner just says wrong company with every negative review. I have invoices and texts from them proving my legitimately. Stay away from this company!

We have used Blue Pools Forever since they were acquired from Beyond Blue Pools. Our weekly service tech is great (hope you switch to a new company soon, you deserve better!), however management here is awful. We had a leak in our pool which David (manager) was supposed to take the lead on getting scheduled so we could get it tested and repaired. He never called us back after repeated phone calls and voicemails to the office number and talking to whomever answers the phone in their office. When I was finally able to get David on the phone, he said any issues with weekly service was due to the poor work ethic of the people he hired, and accused me of calling the wrong phone number when I was trying to reach him. When I assured him it was the phone number linked in the weekly emails, he then accused the office manager for not relaying the messages to him. Meanwhile, our weekly service tech said he spoke directly to David about the leak and our wanting to get a test scheduled ASAP. David takes no responsibility and blames others for anything that is going wrong. I tried to give him a call just now and he doesnt answer and his voicemail is full, so there is no way to leave a message for him.And before this gets responded to with you have the wrong company, whether that is by David or Arturo as the owner, heres a picture from our weekly service showing this is in fact your company. Stop trying to scam people. And update your website from your 4.9 stars on Google claim. Avoid this company at all costs.

They claim we weren’t a customer with a valid bad review but here is their exact quote. Looks like blue pools forever to me!! Eli is the one who came and I have proof of them being on our property on video camera. The new pool company got our pool clean in 2 days by actually checking the chemical levels and not scamming us.Nice try, David!

They had 4 weeks to turn our pool and it was still dark green after 4 WEEKS!! They always said they would come and never showed up. They claimed there was a broken pipe and 2 other companies confirmed there wasn’t. They left a huge hole dug out and never filled it back in. They chemical burned the pool, now there are leaf outlines in the bottom. They only used shock instead of actually trying to balance the PH. They claimed they replaced the filter and it was confirmed they didn’t, but charged for it. Awful, dishonest company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Great Company. Have been with them for many years. They are reliable. My family and I highly recommend them. We have had many repairs and they go out of their way, specifically during the freeze and the subsequent scarcity of parts, to look for creative solutions to make sure our equipment is running and that our pool is looking great. David is top notch. He works tirelessly even during the weekends, which I do not think many companies do. You are in good hands with them. They care about their clients

Save your money and yourself a headache from a algae full pool and just go with any other quality pool company. This company has been disappointing to work with. They are not reliable and are unresponsive. We pay for full weekly service and our pool has gone completely green twice in the past 2 weeks and their own technician admitted they didnt do their job properly to balance the chemicals when we asked them why it happened. When things need to get fixed, they say they will come out to fix something and then dont show up at all. Recently, they said they would be at our home within 24 hours and then never showed up. Its gotten to the point where we wake up each morning not knowing what our pool will look like and if it does look green or dirty again, were unsure they will even show up when they say they will. When I call to follow up and ask if they plan on coming to our home when they say they will. They answer and tell me someone will be here and then they never show up. Their other company is Beyond Blue Pools.

This company installed a new heater 1 year ago. Due to incompetence, they ruined the heater by mixing chemicals that damaged it beyond repair. Pentair wouldnt warranty due to the negligence. The communication was poor. The pool is still not fixed after 10 months. Do not use! Do not use! Do not use!

Just purchased an older home with a pool which hadnt been used in a while. Blue Pools had it looking great within a few days. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and explained how to keep my pool looking great!

Recently, they said they would be at our home within 48 hours and then showed up 3 weeks later when we were out of town at their convenience with no notice. Its gotten to the point where we wake up each morning not knowing what our pool will look like and if it does look green or dirty again, were unsure they will even show up when they say they will. When I call to follow up and ask if they plan on coming to our home when they say they will, they either dont answer so I have to leave a voicemail (rarely returning the call), decline my call altogether to where I cant leave a voicemail (this happened twice just a few minutes ago), or they answer and tell me someone will be here and then they never show up. When Ive spoken to David, who gave me his personal number, its been good conversations and hes personally come to our home to make up for the issues, but then he quickly turns unresponsive, turns his phone off, or shows up like hes doing us a favor when we are paying customers. David, the women who answers the phone calls, and the technicians have all given us excuses and told us they are going through lots of changes, or they are short-staffed, or they had a technician quit. These are things I do not need to hear repeatedly as a customer. Ive expressed this to them, but they keep giving these internal problem excuses as to why they cant get things right with us. I NEVER write reviews like this and I hate to do this even now. We are reasonable people that just want our pool to work normally. For some reason, us paying $180 a month to this company (not including the additional $150+ visits in between to fix new things they keep finding when they do show up) is not enough to get good, reliable service. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.EDIT: Its been over a week since Ive written this review and emailed David directly. I never received a single call or email response acknowledging any of what I addressed above. I know they got the cancellation message email and voicemail because they never showed back up to service our pool. Further confirmation not to go with this company.

If I could do zero stars I would. My pool continued to turn green over and over while using this company. Finally I had had enough and canceled my service and hired someone else. Within one visit the new cleaners told me the problem was my chlorinator was broken which is why we were having problems. Not once did this company check that or notify me that there was an issue.Since canceling my service in may I was supposed to receive a full refund. I still have yet to receive my money back. They also do not answer my calls or return voicemails or emails.

David figured out our problem that stemmed from the freeze we had last winter. I know it’s been a crazy year for pool repair and parts; we hung in there and I am SO GLAD to have our pool up and running beautifully!

I would strongly recommend against this pool company. They have been very unresponsive when repairs are needed, so much so that the pool has looked horrific for over 2 weeks. They have completed their weekly service and then sent us a photo via email with a horrible-looking dirty pool! They indicated on their checklist that a procedure had been completed when it had very obviously not been. They called and promised a repair estimate the next morning, after at least 2 calls requesting it, and then still havent delivered 4 days later. They also provided a repair estimate to put a skimmer basket in and wanted to charge us 3 times what we were able to buy the basket for ourselves. Poor value and poor service.

I have used this company for a few months now and have gotten great service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality pool services.
