My son loves his instructors. I love that they focus on the same things I focus on at home. Good manners, good behavior, discipline, and leadership will make lifelong friends. All the fitness and self defense is also well respected and well trained. Im actually very excited by the progress my son has made in his time here.

Top quality instruction in all aspects of self-defense, physical fitness, and martial arts/sport.

Unfortunately after our son only being in the tigers class for a few weeks, we had to unenroll him. While we have enjoyed watching Master Aggen teach his class, we have been very upset with the way Sr. Master Henderson chooses to teach this class. We do not agree with 4 and 5 year olds being taught by being embarrassed and belittled. In the few weeks we were there we witnessed things such as him telling the kids to repeat things such as, “if I do not obey my parents they have permission to beat me like a rented mule”, and we were especially appalled by the fact that he chose to use a paddle on a child (who very obviously was trying to use his hands to stop this and was clearly embarrassed) as a “reward” for his good note and informing that it was his birthday. If this had happened at a school the teacher would immediately be fired, so it should not be acceptable behavior by the owner who claims to be teaching confidence, friendship, and discipline in young children.

The Hendersons are wonderful, caring people. At the same time Master Henderson is a world class martial artist and teacher. My son has studied with Master Henderson and considers his time with Master Henderson as one of the most important seasons of his life.

Hands down, best martial arts school in Texas. People drive over an hour to train here. Quality and knowledge in the art is superb.

We have been part of the Henderson family for several years and I couldnt ask for a better place for my children to learn. Its not just the martial arts, its discipline, respect, and character. If you or a family member wants to be trained by champions, this is your place to be.

My husband and I own a taekwondo school in Dallas (Murphy, actually), and I can honestly say (as someone who judges other taekwondo schools critically) that this school is fantastic. We have had the privilege of visiting and spending some time here during classes and testings, as well as attending Master Hendersons tournaments. Both the space and the staff are above and beyond. The school is clean and spacious, and Master Henderson, his staff, and his students are as good as it gets. We have great respect for those who run this school, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who lives in the area. Master Henderson is a man both my husband and I greatly admire for his kindness, honor, and integrity, and the students who come out of his school seem to have many of the same admirable qualities. This is a top-notch school.
