Customer service is not up to par. I had to wait almost 25 mins to get a notary done. Notary attendant was busy with a customer but the manager who could also do a notary didn’t wanted to help out. She wasn’t doing anything but said no when I asked her. Very unacceptable when you are waiting for a notary for 25 mins because an employee don’t want to their job!

Horrible experience, I’ve gone there twice without getting anything done. The first time i went there, i wanted to print a poster, they told me it was gonna take 24hours. I was pressed for time so i left. I came back there today with my baby to make yet another one, the first girl that attended to me was really nice and sweet, she already asked me to send the information to their email, i did. Then this other lady from the other day came and said oh it’s gonna take 5-7days. I tried explaining to her and bringing to her attention what she said the other day i came but she was being mean and adamant. Just 1 poster card i said, she said she knows and kept insisting it’ll take 5-7days to get it ready. I don’t know if she has a problem with me personally or she just doesn’t like to work or just did pain rude. Never returning to this location. Pls don’t come over here If you don’t wanna get irritated. Lazy staffs!

Called ahead to confirm prices on faxing and was told it would be a certain price. Even got the employees name and how long theyd be open. When I arrived after getting my documents together and driving to them I was told it was not the price I had been told when called. I gave them the employees name and was told, she is new and told you wrong. I told them that was not my fault. They continued to argue and said maybe she meant making copies. Copies and faxes are not the same service. Then to argue and tell me its not their fault I was misquoted. I didnt get my documents sent out as I had planned this location in my day and was on a time schedule (its why I called ahead). I had never heard of PostNet and am new to the area. After the service I received today I highly DO NOT recommend them and will be taking all future work someplace else.

I can only say positive things about this location. PostNet in Humble has been an outstanding team. Every time I need something they are so gracious and kind in getting it done in such short notice. I wouldnt go anywhere else I will continue to order from them. I usually order 10 sets of 500 business cards each & they can have them ready in 1 day for me. They really have helped me out in my training materials. Thank you PostNet for such a great service.

Took a computer in to be packed and shipped. Great service, and only charged me for the box. Figured there would be a packing fee on top of that. Well worth the convenience.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love the ability to get all of my printing needs done affordable and local. Always willing to assist with any questions and help get the best printed result. Also enjoy having a convenient and secure postal box accessible nearby.

Friendly staff but the prices are unacceptable. $12 for a very small box and $26 for the least expensive shipping option. I went down the street to UPS store and it was $3 for a nicer, larger box and $11 for shipping that arrived sooner.

Picked up my FedEx Package here. Great place and nice people working here.

I went to the postnet to leave a box and the attendant told me to go and I did not go to the boxes of the car and they are very good. They only offer one dollei for one that they have to do their job but they do not have to manager wants just wants to be stuck in his office the very araganes along with his entourage has to put staff q enverdad have a need to work not araganes to whom it belongs oh owner of that postnet that puts them deverdad to work at all xq one pays for q him send the things is not gift have to put personal to vaje the heavy of the cars does not have a client to do the work for that one pays but not taking things to the front want to work is desiring i have outrageous to know that they want money and not mocer a finger oh they put a person to go the heavy articles okey do not deserve even half. From a star to the manager, oh owner, pay attention and order that your customer is satisfied. Thanks
