Single Point Capital is a straight forward company. No hassle and very helpful. Get free credit checks and fast payment turn times. The fee is a bit higher than other companies, thus the 4 out of 5, but you get what you pay for, without run around. Load board is free but not built for hotshot loads. We are a hotshot company.

My company works with Kayla at Single Point for factoring. She is almost always available to take questions we have, aging reports sent and funding is all done in a timely manner. Fess have occasionally been waived if anything is delayed that is not our fault. Love the ease of checking credit on perspective companies. VERY PROFESSIONAL and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The service and help Iv received for my account reps for factoring has alway been wonderful. They are great to work with.

I started as an owner-operator about a year ago and signed on with them shortly after. They helped me with finding an insurance company, loads and put me on their fuel card program. Id say the only real issue youd have with them is not checking credit first, but that is a irresponsible practice anyways.

Did business with these people for 4 years and progressively over the four years things went down hill. 6 months after we left Singlepoint and went to Triumph Business Capital one of our old customers sent a check to Singlepoint by accident as they didnt realize we had left Singlepoint and went to Triumph. Singlepoint took out 2% of that check of $5350 just to take the check and forward that check to our new factoring company via mail for invoices that were never factored through their company nor had anything to do with them. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, They will hide stipulations in contracts. THEY DONT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND WHAT THEY MAKE. THEY DONT CARE IF THEY TAKE ALL YOUR PROFIT OR NOT. Sad thing is now we ended up paying two factoring fees for a load so we ended up loosing all of our profits on that load. Also pretty bad when the company has to have employees do the first two reviews on here as they cant get positive reviews. That alone should say something.

I give them a star because Im not satisfied with the service for several reasons. First, you are obligated to be with this financing for a year, since according to them you signed a contract that does not know in which part of the documents that contract appears. Second they have an old method to process the payment of charges, a method that is obsolete in this century with all the technological advances on the Internet. Third you can only process loads before 1 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. If your truck driver arrives on Saturday you will have to process the information until Monday, that is, this truck driver will not be able to make his payments on the weekend because this company has these limitations. In my opinion I think that they should be updated with the technological advances and work until Saturdays that is why they are won. I think that if they do not improve the quality of their services I would not recommend it to anyone
