We had a good experience with Mario being a professional and courteous service provider. He worked like a machine to get the stuff hauled away and did it all with a smile, efficient and timely. I appreciate his quality of work, especially integrity to do what they promised. Good value!

The gentlemen that came to my apartment a few weeks ago were punctual and very knowledgeable. The young man that came with two other workers provided us with on the spot information and additional estimation as we ended up having more things to get rid of ( we were moving out of state). I would definitely use this service again. They were very professional and reasonably priced from other services i have used in the past. I have recommended them to others as well. Mario and his crew are OUTSTANDING!!! dependable, prompt, communication 5****. No job too small, too large or too smelly! They haul anything trash and leave your sight spotless. Shopped around for prices for a little while and decided on junk rockers because their prices seemed to be the most reasonable in the area. Junk Rockers really rock. My garage wall full of lumber, computer parts. trash and other items were quoted, picked up and left clean with perfection. All done on the same day with a great price. I will definitely use their great service again.

Called to schedule a time to remove one queen mattress with box springs, headboard, footboard and a king mattress with box springs, headboard, and footboard. Time was set for 10-12 on February 10th. Received call from owner around 2:00PM that day saying they would not be making the appointment as scheduled. He apologized and said they could come out on February 11th between 8-10. He said he would even be coming out. I agreed to that appointment. In the meantime, some remodeling workers next door came over to get the queen and king sets. I figured Id keep the appointment since I did have a large couch and a gym piece I needed removed. The crew showed up about 11:15. Im not sure if the gentleman who was driving was the owner or not - he did not introduce himself as such. He was a nice guy but never apologized for not making the appointment the previous day and blamed traffic for causing them to be late. When they were at the house, all went really good. However, if youre looking for a company that is going to be there when they say they will be, you may or may not find this company to be so. I was not in any rush to get rid of stuff so I figured I would tolerate the tardiness and give them a second chance.Rating as 3 due to lack of reliability and dependability being in question. Work was performed in a quality fashion once they were there.(Note: I was asked thru text message from company to provide a review.)
