I have shipped with this company a few times well and the guys in the back are awesome. They are always ready to help and your answers questions. Now lets talk about the front office staff. First. the younger ladies are nice BUT the older white lady is always rude and aggressive with customers. She definitely dont know anything about customer service. . Ive gotten into it with her several times. Even to pick up an barrel, sending off is dreadful. The only reason I continue my business is because the barrels reach fast, but that can change if her attitude dont change. I spend alot of money with this company, please do better.

In person the people are real nice on the phone theyre a bad not good service Ill never do business with them again. I call several times to make a change on a barrel I send back home to Jamaica there was giving me the runaround acting like I wanted to steal something its on the paper once you pull up my name you going to see that Im not the one collecting the barrel Im the one sending the barrel the lady try to trick me I think she try to take me for a thief up till now I still cant get the name change and what I want them to do very bad very very bad this is my second time working with them and Ill tell all my friends and all my family never to go to America again not good customer service when you call back not good at all not please

Poor customer service. Too many inconsistency in communication. Warehouse guys were great. Women in the office were very curt. And couldnt give acurate information as to when shipment would leave or arrive at destination

They need to look into who they are hiring cause the one white lady that was behind the counter was extremely rude. Im sure she is driving your customers away. Probably need to take a hospitality class or something .but I think the prices are reasonable though.

Worst shipping company ever. We requested a consigned name change and Martha as well as the other staff gave us the run around for weeks. The lady that sits is the very front as you go in the door was very rude as well. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ridiculously expensive, extremely slow and lagging customer service both in the back and front offices. Couldnt even get questions answered as everyone who knew the answers were on lunch at the time (really??)Hopefully dont ever have to go back here to do any business.

The person that checked in the boxes was very nice, but the personnel in the office were not very personable.

Dropped from 5 stars to 1 wish I could give 0. Time wasters

One would expect is the younger staff that would be aggressive and unpleasant but it is the grown white woman that has been there for a long time that is very unpleasant, (and is only white staff member I saw working there when it was brought to my attention by another customer, and 90% of their customers are color and foreigners) The way I saw her treated a customer yesterday was appalling. I think she should not be dealing with customers under any circumstances. Her behavior is not to help customers but to display her savagery toward them.

Can you imagine they have about five chairs in there and they told me they can only have one person inside at a time what a load of BS. Because two people can be in there and still be six feet apart.

The staff are rude and agressive. Also they are extremely expensive. Over the past few years prices has gone up sky-high. The very same box Ive bought in New York for $20. Its $70 there.

This place sucks you wait for ever outside ,they take for ever with one person just to pay for a barrel.

The staff didnt allow me to enter my pin as he said that hes not allowed to let folks touch the pin pad. This I find to be ridiculous since I still had to touch my card to give to him so really whats that policy for?

I got really good service here and the wait was not very long. I popped into the office and was instructed to go to the back to drop off my package to be weighed so I could get a quote. I went back to the office and within a few minutes, I received a quote along with an estimated arrival date. Of course I had to fill in some forms with information about the contents of the package. The package arrived on the date I was given with no hidden costs and no missing items. I would ship with them again.

OTHER REVIEWS SEEM QUITE SUSPICIOUS. They say almost the same thing. Likely, they are employees of the company. No one says in and out when talking about their shipment.I paid extra for air freight from St. Kitts to Houston, TX. Was told it was 3-5 days service. Over 2 weeks later and no one can tell me where it is, only that it is transferred to trucking company and in route. The office in St. Kitts will not respond to me.When calling, I get transferred around and told that someone different is responsible every time I call. This is a lot of our personal belongings , all we have after the hurricane. AVOID. It is quicker to use someone like Tropical as ocean freight.
